I cannot recommand this company, if you have any issue requiering to contact the customer support, the only answer you will get will be automated message answering nothing at all. I have ticket open since several days with still no asnwer following the first automated one.

I oppened several tickets with the same unanswered issue on their website.
I've ordered a phone, the order was made on 11/27, "shipped" on the 11/28, claimed to arrive in the next 15 days at first. I opened a ticket on december 7th to check that my order was going alright. Only got an automated message.
It's almost been a month now, the postal service still have no idea where the package is. I contacted my postal service, they told me the package was still not in their hand and as far as they where concerne, they have no way to attest it was indeed sent.
I contacted gearbest supportaying the tracking number was basically to no use, what the postal service told me, and I'd like more information on what was going on on their part, I was granted with the same automated message direction me to the postal tracking service.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
