Already bought multiple items from gearbest (Mobile Phone, some cables, etc).
This time I ordered a RC-Quadcopter (JJRC H8 Mini 2.4G 4CH Brushed RC Drone - RTF). As usually, it arrived within the estimated period, even right before christmas!
The RC-Quadcopter is fun to use and has good built quality, it already survived some crashed.

I will keep ordering from gearbest, the good products for a low price are worth the longer waiting time!

I bought a perfect speaker for a small price. Small, neat and well made. The sound is extremely clean and loud. A lot of bass is undoubtedly an advantage of this product.
Delighted by the general impressions, I bought three more for family and friends. They also liked it.

Short review:
I cannot recommand this company, if you have any issue requiering to contact the customer support, the only answer you will get will be automated message answering nothing at all. I have ticket open since several days with still no asnwer following the first automated one.

Long version:

I oppened several tickets with the same unanswered issue on their website.
I've ordered a phone, the order was made on 11/27, "shipped" on the 11/28, claimed to arrive in the next 15 days at first. I opened a ticket on december 7th to check that my order was going alright. Only got an automated message.
It's almost been a month now, the postal service still have no idea where the package is. I contacted my postal service, they told me the package was still not in their hand and as far as they where concerne, they have no way to attest it was indeed sent.
I contacted gearbest supportaying the tracking number was basically to no use, what the postal service told me, and I'd like more information on what was going on on their part, I was granted with the same automated message direction me to the postal tracking service.

Gearbest is one of my most favorite Chinese shopping website. Very user friendly website, support is on the excellent level and very fast.
There is huge scale of products, but one of the biggest advantage of the site is support from Gearbest for EU customers. They have many EU warehouses so for the customers from EU the price shown is final with no additional charges. Moreover, very good news is that when ordering from outside eu, Gearbest will compensate all the charges connected.
Great shopping experience. My last order was from EU warehouse, order came to me within 4 days by DHL, with no problems. I could track the order the whole time.
