I had a very good experience with gearbest. You can buy a lot of different things, everything you need. I like also the possibilty to choose the shipping method that you prefer and the cashback with reviews is great. All the orders arrived with a great packaging.

I ordered a Syma X5C-1 Quadcopter on Feb. 20th and paid for quicker shipping. It took them a week to inform me of shipment. It did not move for another week. It finally shipped from China on Mar. 6th. It took another week to get the USA. Once it hit the US, the Express shipping kicked in and I had it two days later. So, just be ready to wait 3-4 weeks, especially if you opt for free shipping. That being said, the quad arrived in great shape in a plain white box with all parts and instruction manual.

This shop is in my opinion the best if you want to buy from China. You've got there a plenty of different products that will suit almost all of your needs. Regular prices are fair but there are always some excellent promotions that give you opportunity to buy a product with really low cost. Shipping is very cheap and fast, considering the distance from China to Poland. This convince me to choose Gearbest.com over any other shop. I must also say a word about customer service. They really care about every issue that a Gearbest.com customer may have. They are ready to help you with anything and they will do everything that is possible to solve the problem. Products on Gearbest have most of the time large FAQ section, there is also a review system. Customers can review products that they have bought to give some feedback and help next customers with their opinion on using the item.
I'm sure that I'll continue buying from this website. I can also, with my heart pure, recommend this site to everyone.

Please do not buy from Gearbest, I believe it is a scam! I bought a hoverboard on the 2nd December, they took my money immediately. It is now the 7th Jan and still no hoverboard! I have chased them repeatedly, their responses are extremely unhelpful, they won't phone me and I cannot phone them as there is no phone number or address. I have requested a refund which they won't give me and now they are completely ignoring me! £170 just lost! If anyone knows how I can go about recovering my money please let me know.

I'm used to buy some little things in the web. My first attemp of using the GB was succesful so I've tried to find the an extra cable (3.5 jack) here. I was really surprised to find it and the price was really great. So shopping was finished rapidly and by the way for the 30% of price I've used the GB points. Oh what a great thing))
The delievery took about 3-4 weeks that is really great for Russia (standart time is 5-9 weeks).
As for the item. The quality was surprisingly great... there were nothing that could tell you about such a low price. And the practice shows that this cable is much more reliably than my last one because I'm using it about 7 months and it's looks and works like from the box))

We decided to buy this phone for our 11-years old child, because it is waterproof and chock-proofed and has a 8000mAh battery. We watched the crash tests and we were pleased. The phone came very well packed. The phone is easily operated. The whole process of transferring the profile went smoothly and automatically. There was a software update, which also went without problems. The camera makes a great pictures, one can choose a lot of settings for the picture. This has got to be one of the worst online company... when you order anything of value takes at least a month to dispatch goods even though they say it is in stock and available within a few days. Also when they finally send the goods they regularly send an incompleted order with major pars missing. When you finally get through to the customer service they try to claim the part was not part of the purchased item eventhough it was clearly in the product discription as well as all the photos.

I buy a smart watch from them and it's supposed to be ship the 31 dec.and i track from DHL and i saw nothing append so i send messages to Gearbest and the only thing they can say it's wait so the 7 Jan.

I receive a message from DHL to say pickup the 7 and send back to the shipper the 7.

They are *** liar and they send only preset message most of the time.and it's true they close the ticket before to be resolved

And almost a month and the watch is still not ship from China, what a stupid store.

Buy from them and you will see how stupid they are... even if they reply to the reviews it's just to look nice but they do nothing else after. Today we are the 25th Jan 2016 and i'm still waiting after them and Paypal to be refund

I think that gearbest is the best website to purchase.
I had bought many things from them and I am really satisfied, they didn't disappoint me at time.
The products that I bought always arrived at extimated time, only one didn't arrive but it weren't their fault. The fault is from the shipping company from my company that had commited delay.
The support center is really nice, they always answered my questions and my doubts in less than a day.
So, I really recommend you to bought anything you want from this site because it is reliable.
