Save your hard earnd $ and shop elsewhere. Email and asked why my order was still processing after 1 week and I paid for expidited shipping. There answer was sorry it is out of order, it will take timd yo come. Maybe you should havd said that before you took my $. Just shop somewhere more upfront.
I nhave pre-paid but never got an update on shipping. Luckily I paid with PAYPAL so, I will get a full refund anyway.
Don't accept to cancel a complaint before you have been refunded.

Fast shipping (a couple of days), delivery took about a month (to Italy) with free shipping.
Triple package protection: the original paper box, a bubble wrapping and the external plastic envelope. GREAT!
The product is really well made, a lot of function, rechargeable battery and 3 colours backlight (really usefull at night!).
Don't buy anything that you couldn't afford to throw away if broken!
Costumer support communication is terrible, will try not to solve any damage good, if you need to send it you will have to pay the transport cost and when broken support will try to reimburse you with less than half the price you paid.

Gearbest has unbeatable prices - the items I ordered were at about half the normal retail prices in germany, and no shipping costs added!

I wrote a aftersales support Ticket to find out which carrier would deliver my parcel, and received an answer within 12 hours which informed me about that in avery friendly way.
4. Ordering / Delivery:
I ordered an XCube 2 and a Nitecore Charger from gearbest's EU warehouse on 11/01/2015.
It arrived 11/04/2015. Considering that I ordered those items on a sunday, the delivery time was 3 working days - that's extremely fast! All packages in perfect state and nothing broken
5. Quality of products:
Both ordered items were flawless - genuine products, everything in perfect working order and nothing to complain.

The powerbank i bought on Gearbest siteworks really great. I did not have any problems with it. It took only about 2 weeks for unregistered package to get from China to Poland. The description of the product was really satysfaing. I'm sure i will do more shopping on Gearbest.
I ordered some deadpool figure that were on sale. When i got them over half of them were broken in the box. None of the accessories were tapped down so when opening the package all the items would fly out because of the packaging. When i contacted their customers service they asked me to take photos of the broken items. They responded and the images were not good enough so i sent them a few more. After that they still had a issue with the images and they wanted a video. Well their tickets only accept files at or under 10mb How do you take a 5-7 second video of 18 items? I kindly explained to them that i shouldn't have to send a video. I have already sent in 6 different images to them and they say the images reflect one unit not all 18. So i sent my last email to them today stating if I don't get a refund i will be contacting my credit card company and requesting a dispute. I will never ever buy from these guys again. Horrible service but even worse products.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
