I began shopping in Gearbest, in 2016, purchasing small and cheap items, to test the store's shipping times, quality in items and support from the staff. After 2 years and more than 30 orders made, (from phones, tablets, tools, batterys, ecigs, etc) i can surely say this is one of the best if not THE BEST online shop.
Everything arrives on time, except of course on Chinese holidays, and those massive discount days. Even then, with a quick ticket, the staff is very helpfull, and even refunds part of the value to compensate the extra time you waited for the items.
Never did i had a problem that wasn't quickly resolved by the support team.
This, the variety of items and of course their great prices, makes me come back again and again, chosing this site when ever i need something.

I ordered some IZTOR B7007BL Car Voltmeter Clock Thermometer from Gearbest lately. As the clock was incomplete (the measuring sensor + its cable) was missing I wrote message to Gearbest. The lady offered few options on how to resolve this issue. I selected to resend new piece to me with no additional costs. So did Gearbest and shortly afterwards I received this device with no slightest flaw, it was complete and working well this time.
I feel very satisfied with this fashion Gearbest behaves its customers. Let me be this kind of customer further on.

I used to buy a lot of edc things from Gearbest such as flashlights, hooks, carabineers, paracord, knives and more. I can find anything I need original and at the best prices. For example, Ganzo, Convoy and Klarus. From time to time they used to put flash sales and you can buy items at a really good price. Ordering is easy and safe and they provide us with a tracking numbers for all of the orders. Delivery time is good, considering that they ship worldwide, usually it takes two or three weeks to receive them, at least were I am. Overall its an excellent online shop and I would highly recommend it.
Shop very strange. I make a few orders in the store, but was receive only 1. After the purchase of the goods in gearbest, the store manager decides to send you a product or not. If you bought it at a high price, they will send it, if you bought it in action, you can be sure they will cancel it. They cancel the orders without giving any reason. Perhaps it was some kind of fraud. I do not recomend phurchase in this store.

Gearbest has an amazing collection of products and even though the phone I bought came all the way from Hong Kong to the U.S. shipping was no problem. It is a real treat to have a fancy smart phone with a giant screen for less than $90! The hardest part was choosing between the hundreds of unlocked cel phones with technical specifications that rival the far more expensive models available in the states. I chose a Doogee Y100X back in March and its working great. The minor issue I had in the beginning had to do with getting the proper APN for use on my network, after the AT&T store couldn't figure it out I contacted Gearbest customer service. They got back to me in less than 24 hours with offer of refund and very specific information on how to fix the problem, which I did myself with no difficulty.
I bought 3d printer from gearbest and im more then happy with the service and the product. After assembling the printer i had some problems with main board of the printer and gearbest send me a new one for free. Becaus of the low prices and professional support from their side i will most defenetley be purchasing more items from them.

Well, I was looking for a bargain price for a DJI Mavic Pro, and I was concerned about shipping timings and custom duties, living in Italy. Reading about good experiences from other italian customers, I purchased a Mavic from Gearbest. First thing that hit me has been the good price of the combo version, and second has been the chance to have it without paying for its delivery in Italy. Well... Never ever recieved my order. Its been nearly 3 weeks and nothing. I never received email confirmation. And apperently they had no record of my order. I wish i can give these people 0 stars. Had to call my bank to dispute charges.
