The products came well packed and because I live in Brazil, the deadline was fair. Besides the great prices the site still installment the purchase in the credit card.

Had a quite pleasefull expreience buying in this online-store. Both items are original Xiaom i products. Package was well packed and came undamaged. Items werefully functional and the shipping time was normal.
I ordered my vape equipment in the middle of January. They said it "shipped" yet I've checked their so called tracking service. And all the way into February it said it couldn't find anything.
This place is a joke. It either is a scam or pretty dam close to being absalutly the worst place to buy $#*! at all. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this lieing $#*!-hole. It isn't worth it. They can't do anything. All these good reviews are probably generated $#*! bots or made by people who live so close to the place they probably work there. They don't have answers for problems, and they clearly arn't cut out for this place. I wish I could put worse, like $#*!ing negative 5.

They have realy good offers and thats why i decide to buy from there.
I`m giving them 4 stars only because one of the items didnt match with the discription.
But after i open a ticet and explain my problem to the service team they understand and give me a refund on my order.

It was the first time that I bought something from a chinese website and I was a little sceptical. The item I was looking for wasn't sold in Europe so I had no choice but try it. And I have to say that I have been happily suprised about it.
First of all, the item, which was meizu's bluetooth earbuds, was discounted and free of shipping charges. Since the shipping was free, I was expecting to have to wait 30+ days to receive it, but no, I received it the 06/02, not even 17 days after the order. I also received regularly informations about the location of the product during the process (but I did pay 2 dollars for a tracking number).
The item was an original meizu product, not a fake, and the quality is of a high level. Really nicely surprised and happy about it.

Received the Weide WH1009 Japan Quartz Dual-movt LED Sports Watch 2+ weeks after ordering online & the hour, minute, & second sweep hands are not working - not sure if it's a battery issue as the LED function seems to work just fine. I spoke with customer service & received an email with a link to 'reorder' a replacement & did so - but haven't received a confirmation for the replacement (4 days now since reordering) & I'm not sure why.
Calling my credit card provider today to assess my options regarding the reversal of the payment for this watch as no one is answering the "24/7" customer service #: *******793 today as I've called it 5 Times.
Would Strongly Recommend dealing with a more "reputable" organization...

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
