He comprado algunos artículos en Gearbest y lo mejor que tienen, por lo cual sobresale, es la opción de envío. Los productos que ofrecen son muy buenos pero no son algo que sólo ellos ofrezcan, en general compro productos de tecnología, y he comprado en Aliexpress, Wish, etc. pero ninguno tiene las opciones de envío de Gearbest, en México, el precio del envío rápido (1-2 semanas) es de aprox. 5 usd, mientras que en cualquier otra página los envíos son de 1-2 dólares para envíos de 2 meses y los envíos rápidos cuestan más de 15 usd, hasta 40 usd en otros sitios. En cuanto a la atención al cliente post-venta, recientemente en una compra de 7 productos, 1 de ellos vino defectuoso, el cual rápidamente me repusieron, en más o menos una semana me habían resuelto mi queja y ya estaba otro en camino. Además, a diferencia de otras páginas, nunca me he tenido que poner una queja porque el producto no llegó, algo que me ha pasado en más de una página. En general estoy muy contento con Gearbest, he hecho varias compras, al principio de bajos precios por el temor pero cada vez hago más y de mayor precio porque ha sido una experiencia excelente.

The list a lot of items they don't even have in stock, but show them as being in stock. The estimated shipping time just keeps rising each day, so they are just fooling clients into buying what they don't have, to increase sales without having to send anything.
They also asked me months ago to fill in a good review in exchange of GB points, so most of the positive reviews here are not thrustworthy.
Customer support and cargo time is very nice. I received an average of 8 products in the agenda. In the meantime, customer service responded to questions I asked within the same day.
