I got a tablet from here, it came from their European warehouse (I live in Spain) so all was good. BUT when it fuffed up and stopped working properly that was when the trouble began. I was told to return it for another or a refund, but returns are paid by YOU not the seller, even if faulty. Fair enough, I live in Spain and it came from Europe so I was prepared to send it back at my own expense.
That was until I was told that ALL faulty goods have to go back to China, to their warehouse there. SO I complained as they expected me to send it special delivery/signed for and that would cost me $60 plus. In the end I had no other choice but to look around the net and mend it myself! Found a really good forum and downloaded a new system etc
STUFF them I would never buy from them again!

I have got products which were not functional and never got refund for it. Raised ticket and followed up couple of times. Every time I was told to wait for my refund and it never happened! Be ware of these scammers
