I am really satisfied with the shopping with Gerabest. Despite the fact I have bought only a couple of things, I have to admit that all of them were well-packed and they arrived in a good condition. My experience is that the prices are reasonable but there is one thing that changes it -- flash sales and points. Products on flash sales are often really cheap and it is worth to wait for the opportunity. The other great thing about Gearbest are points which you collect through posting a reviews and stuff like that. All in all, I found Gearbest as a good way to buy EDC things in a reasonable prices. The only drawback I found is the shipment speed which means you sometimes have to wait a month...

I had bought a phone that I had second thoughts about and I've decided to exchange that phone for another phone. I've been told to wait a week for the phone to get to them, but after 2 weeks and 4 days have passed, I haven't heard anything from support since regardless of me sending a message out. After, I went to the Live Chat and I was told that the representative couldn't help me, but they'd put my ticket on "top priority." This was two days ago, and since then, I still haven't gotten a response as of now.

I don't know. I kinda feel unimportant or ignored...

Edit: As of this edit, I am in the process of getting a full refund. The wait was a bit heavy (possibly due to the holiday), but I commend GearBest for owning up to their mistake. Will I still shop with them? Yes. Will I hold this against them? Yes, but mishaps exist.

I just hope things will be better in my future endeavors with GearBest.
