Thought I'd try gearbest because they had an item I have been wanting for a decent price. Only to find out they never had they product and can't get it. Tried calling and emailing several times just to be told that my item wasn't ready yet 2 weeks after order. Knowing now i would have gladly paid the 5 extra dollars to get it from a reputable store that delivers! Then they told me i could have in store credit or a refund but that would take 30 days and is out of there control. Bs. Don't shop with gearbest! I'll post another review when i finally get my money back. Really messed up a trip in taking to? Isn't it illegal to post and sell things you don't actually have?

I bought an Oukitel U8 phone. The product matched every specification listed on the site. And surprisingly the order arrived on time in very good condition. Gearbest is definitely a site worth buying on.

I ordered a 5 pack of. 5 ohm OCC coils from GearBest. They were nearly half the price of other paces I looked. They arrived quickly and work great. I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to shop at GearBest.

Really satisfied by they service, good prices, good quality, and excellent and customer friendly customer service. Also they have a european warehouse, which speeds up the delivery time for me, but the orders delivers also fast from their chinese warehouse. The products are original, haven't had to return a thing to them. Recommended site by me. Dusi

My name is Igor. Many times I have bought in the store. The product is great quality and original. Shipping is free, Payment paypal allows you not to worry.

1. Costs:
Gearbest has unbeatable prices - the items I ordered were at about half the normal retail prices in germany, and no shipping costs added!

2. Am I going to shop again at gearbest?
I already did it, and I will surely do it again!

3. Support:
I wrote a aftersales support Ticket to find out which carrier would deliver my parcel, and received an answer within 12 hours which informed me about that in avery friendly way.

4. Ordering / Delivery:
I ordered an XCube 2 and a Nitecore Charger from gearbest's EU warehouse on 11/01/2015.
It arrived 11/04/2015. Considering that I ordered those items on a sunday, the delivery time was 3 working days - that's extremely fast! All packages in perfect state and nothing broken

5. Quality of products:
Both ordered items were flawless - genuine products, everything in perfect working order and nothing to complain.

My order number was WW**************

Gearbest has after more than 2 months told me that they have not sent the goods! They were out of stock. SO they say that can pay me back 160 USD of the 203 USD!
IT IS A SCAM!
And now Trustpilot.com is also warning for fake reviews of this company

They have lied for 2,5 months now. Her is short summary and what I see I am not alone.
My order was placed 2 september.
- Express delivery 7 days, took one month. I got two batteries instead of my products!
-Then the excused that the shipment was returned because of safety check.
-Then that they write they will send my products again
-Then that they will return all the money.
-Then trying to get more money for shipment! Another 80 USD.
-Then that they write again. That they will send my products.
-And today (11/19/2015) they say the reason why they did not sent the order because it is not available!

So a big warning for this company, because they can spend months of lying for you. Just so you do not get your products and get tired. I paid with Paypal, but it has been more than 4 weeks trying to get a refund from Paypal.

Gearbest solicits positive reviews from their happy customers. They actually pay for positive reviews. I could be getting paid right now, but I'd rather get the truth out there. These guys are awful. Just the worst I've ever come across. On November 4, I made a total of three separate orders from Gearbest. One of these orders was made to the US Warehouse. I ordered five items, totaling some $222.00. Each item was said to be in stock and would ship, according to Gearbest, in 1-2 business days. It's now November 19. After posting a dozen or so messages to "customer support", I've come to a few important conclusions. The items I ordered were not in stock. They are not in stock now. They keep telling me, over and over that these items are coming. They are just around the corner. Would I mind waiting? This afternoon, I was done with waiting. I asked Gearbest to cancel my order. They refused, stating that the items have already shipped. I asked another customer service person if this was true. No, nothing has shipped. I began to check reviews of Gearbest. The reviews you want to look for are all one star reviews and they all say roughly the same things. Customer Service is non-existent. You will not ever be refunded your money from a canceled order. You may get a store credit, but it will likely be at a rate of 50% of your order total. There are numerous Gearbest customer complaints filtering through PayPal right now. Don't be one of them. The prices are very attractive and all the positive reviews might lead you to think that you're getting more than what you pay for. Buying from Gearbest is a risky proposition. If you order one of the more popular items, don't expect to get it soon. Half of all the things I've ordered from Gearbest were not in stock. If it's not in stock, you may wait as long as 89 days or more to get it. Just read the one star reviews. They're all true and no one has paid these people to say what they have to say.

My first order was pretty much what i expected. Not very quick. Any ticket i placed was answered ASAP.
Quality was awful. But worked for kids fun. Lasted about three or four days before they started falling apart.

My second order, Placed on November 28th, still haven't received. And the tickets i send ether get ignored or deleted.

They truly have no support. I think all messages are answered by auto response

I am a devoted customer at gearbest. Never been disapointed with ther sevice nor the stuff they sell. Just love how quick items are shipped, how quick they respond to every single question I may have. This is just a top quality Customer Service. Not only all the items are brand new and original, the price is also a great deal - been trying to find a better deals but they have no competition. Their loyality program is also excellent - on every single order I receive ponts which can be spent on the next purcharses - its like few % on every transactions goes back to you. Awesome. Would definitely recoomen to anyone. Especially EU customers will be satisfied that they have a EU warehose which is just great when your order is time sensitive!

The shipping time was always fast. Good packed and the price is mostly lowest on the market!
