I bought a camera action Xiaomi Yi, after looking at several stores, I decided to buy Gearbest first. I do not regret, fast shipping and product in perfect condition. Also I bought camera accessories and perfect for my camera.
You can also choose the country store from which you want to send you the product. In my case, I ordered the camera in Europe and accessories in China. Logically, the camera took less time to get the accessories.

I am from Russian Federation. I heared a lot of very good reviews about this seller, so that I decided to make an order. It was 2 Baofeng UV82 radios, GPS tracker and bag (order W**************). My order was shipped is a few days. I take my order from the post offise by 23 days (thats because a long period on customs).
Every item was new, unopened, without any damages.
The quality of radious is better, then our shops are selling for the bigger price!
GPS Tracker works without any problems. A super thing to go with in a new places in the forest.
Quality of bag is the same that on foto and in description. Fabric is very cool and hard to burn. You can't accidentally make a hole by a cigarette, for example.
A very good customer service for me. Seller asked a question is everything fine, when order was delivered.
And I want to notice, that prices are very cool, there are a lot of cupones and bonuses.It
So that I complitely satisfied with my order. Thanks to GearBest! I will order a new things in future surely!

I have shopped at several online retailers, but I have been most pleased with Gearbest! They have a huge catalogue of products, and ridiculously low prices. Products have MUCH higher quality than one expects from the prices. Customer service is quick to respond to any questions. I will be shopping here much more often!

I recently bought a couple of chinese tech items from Gearbest.com. Their prices were by far the lowest on the Gearbest site, I did not have any problems with the shipping so i do not have much experience with their support crew. The two best things about Gearbest.com to me are: 1) They only sell original merchandise (no clones or fake devices) and 2) They have a loaded European werehouse which allows very fast shipping if you live in EU.

Outstanding website with very low prices. I like it because there are more shipping options than other websites. Items are always very well packaged and all information that is listed are correct. They always have some promotions. The website is great and simple.

I ordered my first G1W car DVR from Gearbest. Test it out on my first car. Works solid after a few months daily recording.

Then I ordered another car dvr for my wife's car and more from items from Gearbest.

One of the item has some small issue; I contact their customer service and get response quickly with three option for the solution. I choose to get refund to Gearbest wallet since I would like to order more from them.

I feel worry free to order and get support from Gear best

Hello, I'm new to the Chinese Online Gadget Store's so I decided to place some small orders at different sites(under 50$ per site). I placed 3 orders at GearBest. The first one on Oct. 23 every item was stated to ship in 3 days. I eventually wrote a ticket after 12 days and they responded that they won't be in stock, so after 14 days I got refunded my $ to my GearBest Wallet. On Nov. 4th I ordered a KSD 25w Vamo Box, which was in stock and ships in 3 days. I wrote them a ticket on the 8th if it was going to ship soon and I was told that they needed 5 - 7 days to quality check it. It is now the 20th and its still processing. During this time I've received six orders from other Chinese online stores including ******* efest batteries and a charger for the vamo box.

So what I have learned from my experience is if u can wait months for what you order shop at GearBest if not shop somewhere else.

Was a bit dubious at first, bought some cheap stuff from GB and no problems but this was a bit more money. Ordered a Doogee F5 on pre-order, thinking I would be one of the first few to get it. But had to wait 6 weeks after release date, I think this was mainly down to Doogee not gearbest, but a bit of information would be nice from GB. Sent and email asking what was going on, nice concise replies, just a bit slow to actually reply. Would use again and recommend
