I ordered 5 separate items from Gearbest between Feb 2nd and Feb 23rd. The orders varied from 2 different mobile phones, a smart watch, some bluetooth receivers and a fashion watch.
They have all arrived to me in France. All within the promised shipping times. All in perfect condition.
I was little worried at first, a few days waiting to see the order move from 'processing' to 'packed', then a few more days with no movement from being marked as 'shipped' to showing up on the tracking sites. But I discovered this is normal. It was the same for each order.
After the first item arrived safely I stopped worrying for the others.
Normally I choose Netherlands Post for the shipping option.
As soon as the tracking becomes live in Europe the items usually arrive within a week.
I'm very impressed with GearBest. I had read some of the negative reviews, but my experience shopping with them has been super reliable and I found they responded to all my questions.

I bought a product and after waiting for more than 90 days, I opened a ticket and I got an automatic/robot answer.
After more than 110 days waiting and after getting a confirmation from the local post that the package is officially lost, I opened another ticket showing evidences that the package was lost and for my surprise, I got the same automated answer. They even read what I wrote.
I had to ask them to READ what I wrote and they send me another message, just like the message I got 30 days ago (on the first ticket opened), asking me to wait for 7-15 days to get the problem solved.
REALLY?
1 - The delivery deadline has gone
2 - I waited for more than 110 days
3 - THE LOCAL POST OFFICE CONFIRMED THAT THE PACKAGE IS LOST.
4 - I have been waiting for 32 days since the first time they asked me 7-15 days to solve the problem.
I do not recommend buying anything from "GEARBEAST" because you will have no support when necessary.
I WANT A FULL REFUND!

I order on Gear best is not the first year and I want to note the quality of the store is improving every year. For all time was purchased from the keychain, pens, cases for phones and ending with a projector and a large set of "smart house" from one obscure manufacturer. Everything always came within up to 1.5 months. It makes sense to make purchases during promotions and discounts. The only negative, for me, is the paid delivery for most orders to Russia. Pros: for reviews get points, which, as a discount, you can pay for the following after the purchase of goods. Payment via Paypal will not be superfluous. A good alternative to Aliexpress (which divorced a huge number of Kidal sellers). In General, I recommend to visit!

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
