Its obvious that most of these 5 star reviews are false when there are almost the same amount of 1 star reviews and nothing in-between. I have made hundreds of orders from Chinese based company's ether shipped from china or from Europe based stores and i have had overall good experiences and not had any major problems. First time i order from Gearbest (Europe store) my £50 camera goes missing in the post and after months of trying to sort it out i have given up. Might be good for low value items but i coud have bought the camera for £4 more new on ebay uk and would have had this sorted in no time.

Lily is the only person on that website who "responds" to our complaints, but there is a problem... ALL OF THE MESSAGES ARE AUTOMATED AND SAY THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I have bought several items from Gearbest. They arrive after 1 month, a long wait but according to their promise. One of the items was partially defective - 1 out of six functions did not work. I entered a ticket and they resend a good one to me after another month. I appreciate that very much. Other products are ok for the price paid. The last item I ordered di not arrive after 2 months and I put in a ticket. They promise to resend it. I am waiting to see the solution and am quite confident that they keep their promise. Will write to let others know later.

I ordered a Elephone 8000 and I got it after a short period of time without any problems. The quality of the Handy is just how the description said. And the prize of the product for that? It is a dream to get a Smartphone like that for a Prize like that. The Power of the CPU, the design, the battery power and everything else of the handy is just perfect. You wont find better prizes... and what they offer, is what you get. There is a small issue in the time they ship the package, usually takes a couple of days more that they offer, but if your not in a hurry, this is the best place to buy. They use DHL as courrier that usually has the better delivery times from China to any place in the world, and in my particular case. Mexico, the best one in passing your package throw customs, less than a day, and they usually takes the invoice as reference to tax your product.

I ordered and paid for a DOOGEE F3 PRO phone in early September with promise it would ship out in 6-7 days. After a month or more of empty promises they7 told me it was no longer in stock. I then chose a similar second choice phone for slightly more money. They asked for the difference in price to be paid and stated it would be in stock SOON. After a few more ignored e-mails I decided the writing was on the wall and settled for a poor third choice mainly because it stated it was in stock in the EURO warehouse. This did arrive fairly promptly but now nearly two months after my initial order. This phone is not brilliant (TCL 3S).

I will never use Gearbest again and would not recommend you do either!

I ordered product that was really bargain. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I was wandering if it was genuine (power bank) and check it in many ways - it was genuine! I am really satisfied and will purchase at their site again definitely.
