Best prices for China made products. They have an EU warehouse with a lot of products and cheap and fast shipping. Over 25 orders from them and all was ok and they have an excelent customer service.
Ordered a mini segway, and it finally arrived after 4 weeks. During that time, you are given a useless tracking number. Direct inquiries about your order are treated with a prepared response, and offer zero help. After finally getting it, it broke within a week. No misuse whatsoever. I opened a ticket to promptly start my refund, and the system response says they will get back to you in 1 business day. It's been 4 days, and I've heard nothing. Stay away from Gearbest. I have a feeling I won't be getting my $ back.
Update 12/25: It cost $130 to ship it back. So basically I rented a Chinese mini segway for 2 weeks. Anyway, I gave them the tracking # THREE times with a picture, and they STILL kept saying that I should supply a tracking number. Now that they finally have it, I was promised a refund in 3 days. Now, using their words, "Our company lately issued a policy that for the return for refund order, we will give the refund once we received the parcel.". I've been advised to contact them in 25 DAYS for a refund. When I told them that was unacceptable, they offered $20 dollars until they receive the parcel. KEEP IT UP GEARBEST. I KNOW YOUR READING THIS. Terrible company. I pray I receive my refund.
I ordered from the eu warehouse. They put on the items for sale (just a few dollar) but the give it to me the differance in gb wallet. They were fast and the products are perfect

GB is one of the best shops. The most interesting items are usually cheaper than on Ali. Also, coupons and points make them even better! :) It is really simple to get and use points.

My first few experiences with these guys went okay. I had a few orders come in fine. Then 1 they sold out and canceled. Waiting for the refund took a lot of back and forth with customer support. Now they sent me a used, broken quadcopter and I am back to fighting with customer support to get this resolved. I will provide an update to what happens in the next few days.
UPDATE: Customer service told me to wait 1-2 days, but now it has been nearly a week with no reply to any of my messages.

I stumbled across the Gearbest website when I was looking for some goods. Gearbest we're 50% cheaper than anyome else. As i was based in the uk I was a bit optimistic but I gave it a chance. Well after 7 days my order arrived it was as stated a genuine product and i couldn't be happier. Im so glad i found Gearbest and have now placed other orders with them. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
