I definitely can recommend it, so far I made up to 6 or 7 orders from this website and every time I was very satisfied with it. Shipping is fast, there are many goods discounted for some time (called "Flash sale" in that website).
Most importantly, I could find many electronic accessories or small house utensils with really reasonable price and very good quality, what happens less often in the most popular auction website of my country, where sellers overprice some items 2 or even 3 times and don't give the money back when you received different version or didn't get it at all. In Gearbest it's safer to buy, as when the item has the bad quality, you can always get a refund or re-send, after providing the proof of bad quality.
Summing up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this website.
I really like the store, always have great prices with flash sales and coupons or you can use GearBest points to lower prices. They are offering free shipping methods, also without another fees to lots of countries.

Gearbest is my number 1 choice of site when I want to buy stuff from China. They have a huge variety of products and you get charged a single shipping fee no matter the warehouse. Delivery to my country with registered mail takes 3 weeks. The customer support replies promptly.

I found this site back in September 2017. I purchased a drone. Arrived in two weeks with no problems. Ive since purchased around 21 orders, so thats over 40 items. After almost 4 years of shopping at Gearbest, I finally have to leave a review: very impressive logistic effort for a fast shipping experience at an incredibly low price!
Before knowing Gearbest, ordering from China = slow shipping, like 45-60 days.
But with Gearbest, and their priority line, with only a few bucks more, you have the items in less than 2 weeks. Last order in December took only 10 days to arrive to my door.
The items are always well packed, and the "reaction time" after the order it's almost always fast, shipped 95% of the time in 12-24 hours only.
What else to say: the GB points are really a sweet way to save some bucks, but attention, this stuff is addictive! You'll find yourself ordering gadget to gain more GB Points!
Avoid this "shop" if you don't want to loose your time:
2015-11-22 ordered two items and paid in full. In both items pages they say "Dispatch: Ships within 3-5 business days"
2015-11-29 7 days later - nothing happened - when I checked the order status it says "processing", so I sent ticket to them asking what's going on with my order
2015-12-05 almost 2 weeks after placing order - the order status is still "processing" - the ticket is still without any answer.
Update: after a lot of tries and promises I received finally the refund.

I ordered almost $400 in merchandise from gearbest.com on 12/5. My order did not arrive for some time. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago with no response. Today, a package came with only three out of 33 items ordered. This means they have not shipped $340 of my order and no telling what the status is. Advice to customers, dispute the credit card charge and file a complaint with the US Attorney General.
Also, any 5 star review on this site for gearbest.com is fake and you can tell by the wording and structure. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from gearbest.com. You will save yourself much disappointment. I find it quite curious that gearbest.com can respond to these poor reviews, but not answer the tickets in their system. Bad!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
