Discovered Gearbest by case, reading online and had a very positive experience once i used it. It has a very large portfolio of goods and with prices for every pocket. Delivery time is somehow long, but normal if you consider that the products are sent from China.

After ordering a cell phone, robotic cleaners and more from this website, I can honestly say - the prices are super low (there are almost always coupons you can use!), the shipping is super fast (got my phone sent to Israel within 13 days of order), and support is very helpful and fast. Wanted another adapter for the electric charger, asked for 3.5$ and they immediately refunded 5$ to my paypal account. I love doing business with them. I've already recommended this site to friends. This is an honest review, I'm not being forced or paid to do this. Believe me, Gearbest is fast, cheap and reliable.

Has already made more than one order on this site, always very fast service and delivery. I am not worried that the mail may not deliver the goods, as payments are protected by PayPal. Once there was a problem with the remote control to the TV box, but its support office decided and compensated for twice the cost of the control panel.

I don't always buy online but when i do, GearBest is the first of a couple sites that come to my mind because i know i'm not gonna be scam, that if i have any questions or complains they'll help me solving it. It's a quick and great service.

I recently bought a Z69 tv box for just £35, superb price! Parcel was delayed slightly due to a snow storm but still arrived quickly!

Gearbest has quickly become my favourite shop for stuff ranging from car stereos to (much) vape gear or small electronics. Especially the flash sales are hard to resist, and though I know some stuff can be bought even cheaper elsewhere, I gladly pay a few dollars more knowing GB provides authentic stuff and decent customer support. My solar power bank arrived defective, opened a ticket for it and the next day my purchase was reimbursed and got some extra points for the trouble. Happy camper!

Although I have paid with Paypal, and that money has already gone to GearBest, they now want high-res scans of personally-identifiable documents, preferably my driver's license or passport. They have stated that my order is "on hold", despite me having paid for it. I implore anyone to NOT send documents that can be used to steal your identity and ruin your life to some random vendor who first takes your money and then holds your shipment hostage.

My only hope now is that Paypal will offer buyer's protection in this case, but their chat already told me the chances are slim. Still, 300 down the drain is better than enabling identity theft. Stay away!

Ordered many times off of gearbest never had any issues what so ever. It's easy to track your packages and delivery is much quicker than similar site's I've used in the past (fasttech). Easy to navigate and if your lucky enough to log on at the right time some of there flash deals are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Placed an order for some flashlights on Tues & paid by Mastercard, not PayPal. Got a call the next afternoon from Citibank Fraud Dept asking if I tried to use my card at PayPal for a $100 transaction that was declined. I did not. Checked my cc account online and saw 6 separate $15 charges to a landscape company in Oakland, CA. I did not make these charges either. Gearbest.com was the only place I used this card recently.

Citibank account has been closed. If I could just cancel the Gearbest.com order, then I would. After reading about all the defective merchandise this company sends out, I don't even want to deal with them. Should have done my research before ordering from them. You have now been warned...

I didn´t have many experiences with online shopping from China. I just made some smaller orders, items were delivered surprisingly fast. After that I gave gearbest full trust and I am totally satisfied. Amount of products on website is amazing and you will always receive more, than you expected for that kind of price. Anyway, it´s a long travel from China to Europe and some problems can appear, but from my experiences, they were solved in few days correctly. Fully recommend

I have found that many items are cheapest on gearbest, and many prices can be reduced further with use of GB points. They offer few methods of shipping, including free of charge or courier. You can pay with paypal which is most secure option nowadays. I bought sonic toothbrush about 30% cheaper than other e-shops. I recommend this site, i use it frequently as it offers best deals. Be sure to check their flash sales and coupon offers!

I've ordered a few things from Gearbest now. Each product received was original and works well. Most of the items came to me quite quickly and well packaged. Customer service is very friendly, but I think that not everyone understands English well, but they try their best, it only takes a little more time, which was not a problem at the moment. And they have a really nice point system, so you can save some money when you buy, although prices are low. I can only recommend a gearbest and we will definitely order it again.

I've ordered many things on Gearbest and not once has it let me down. The delivery time depends on the stock quantity. For very demanding products, you have to be extremely patient. You can in deed wait up to 1 month. But if there's a problem with the order, Gearbest's support team responds quickly (that's a deal breaker for me). I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about ordering online, but all my past experience with gearbest was perfect. I've also ordered some hefty priced stuff as a PC laptop and cellphones. And everything came in excellent shape. I highly recommend Gearbest.

It's hard to beat the prices at GB. There is something here for everyone. It takes some time to ship, but thus is the issue with buying straight from CN from US. Also, their stock status was incorrect on my last order, and I ended up having to get the item elsewhere. Dealing with customer service was simple, and they quickly refunded me, so I have no animosity towards GB in any way.
Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to shop here again, as the prices are terrific.
