I've been using Gearbest for 2 years now and I find them fantastic. Customer service is top notch. Any refunds, which is very few, are sorted instantly. All product descriptions are perfect. Gearbest also has the best prices, without doubt.
I ordered two items from GearBest. I knew they would not be high quality but I like cheap gadgets to toy with too. Unfortunately, they were utter junk. First, a rigid banded smart watch/pedometer, broke when I tried to slide it on my wrist. I don't have big wrists by any stretch of the imagination, the band just didn't have any give and cracked at one of the joints right away. Next, a watch that arrived broken. Two small supposedly functional hands on it were detached when I got it. Furthermore, the watch didn't track time correctly. I posted reviews for the items on the site and neither have shown up. Then I started looking at their reviews; there are absolutely none below 4 stars. Looks like they only post 4 and 5 star reviews and any negative reviews are ignored - check for yourself. I will never buy from them again.

This is best chinese e-shop. Products ship very quickly to almost every country. Here are the cheapest things on the net, and for that good quality and at a cheap price. I highly recommend their professional service. I will definitely do shopping here many times.
Placed 2 orders, one in February. Never received anything. I issued a ticket and received an answer with a non working tracking order. Since then impossible to contact them or issue another ticket. Very elaborate scam, not only are they able to maintain a site with fake products, but they are apparently very active on review sites by creating fake positive reviews (you will notice that you only have terrible reviews from actual customers, or "outstanding reviews" from?... Very impressive...
UPDATE: Gearbest answered my comment (below) within minutes of my posting it (yet they failed to answer me through the normal customer channel). That is ALL they do: monitor the web! PS: they answered that they don't always have tracking numbers, they must not have read thoroughly my post because... they sent me a tracking number (although phony one).

I've been ordering goods from Gearbest for a long time. This is one of my favorite shops. Huge range of products, low prices. There are also exclusive products. Quick shipping. If there are any problems, the service always solves them. Excellent shop. I recommend it.
Amazing deals, Good delivery and Responsive customer service... what else can I look for when buying online.
Till now, I made more than 10 orders and had no big issue so far, most items arrived as described in relatively good time for my country, sometimes however, the processing time may take too long especially when an item is out of stock... the customer service is kind and helpful (didn't try a dispute yet).

Prices here are generally much smaller, an excellent system of charging points for orders that can then be used as real money with the following orders. Often you can catch coupons with excellent discounts on which goods can be taken almost for free.
Most orders come to Ukraine within two weeks.

Quality product, cheap prices and very useful phone app are few from many reasons that have made Gearbest my daily driver for online shopping, flash sales everyday, all along the year and diverse Xiaomi products with the lowest prices.
I definitely can recommend it, so far I made up to 6 or 7 orders from this website and every time I was very satisfied with it. Shipping is fast, there are many goods discounted for some time (called "Flash sale" in that website).
Most importantly, I could find many electronic accessories or small house utensils with really reasonable price and very good quality, what happens less often in the most popular auction website of my country, where sellers overprice some items 2 or even 3 times and don't give the money back when you received different version or didn't get it at all. In Gearbest it's safer to buy, as when the item has the bad quality, you can always get a refund or re-send, after providing the proof of bad quality.
Summing up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this website.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
