GearBest provides many fantastic products and at very low prices. If you are looking for the best bargain online, GearBest should be one of the first places you should look. I did run into a shipping error on my first order. But GearBest contacted me the very day after I sent the complaint and fixed it that day! Not many sites have this kind of costumer service. Placed an order for a quadcopter three weeks ago... still hasn't arrived. Tried to cancel the order, and they SAY they shipped it. Ordered same item elsewhere and it arrived a week ago. Poor communications too. Stay away from this company unless you like to be aggravated!

When I threatened to cancel my order (because I found one elsewhere) they finally shipped. I figured it was easier to keep the unit, rather than fight with them about a return. Still aggravated with them, and their lack of communication, and will NEVER buy from them again.
I had two orders till now and both of them came in time in my country and they are what I expected for.
Also, they have a rewards system with discounts and virtual money for spending.
The support given by the staff it is professional and they try to respect the customers and theirs requirements.
As a conclusion about Gearbest.com: - good seller;

Just a up date I am still receiving e mails from this sham company have lost count now how many emails I have received but still they do not stand up to there promise of a refund or replacement for faulty goods as stated in there web site they offer something then when you reply they just come up with another load of rubbish I am passing this on to my solicitor now not bothered about cost just want some thing done about this disgraceful company once again people be warned they are a load of con artists avoid at all costs.

It's been about 2 years that Gearbest is my favorite store.
I have made several purchases over the last few years and everything arrived without problem, everything arrived in good condition and on time.
I am from Portugal and orders always arrive within 3 weeks, without delays.
The customer support is also very good, always respond and take any doubts.
The last time, I ordered a ******* Li-ion Batterys battery pack, on 10/03/2017 with the number W************** and received everything on time and in perfect condition.

The item I ordered sat in processing for about a week. Asked gear best when it would be shipping and said I was worried because of the terrible reviews on sitejabber. They responded asking if I wanted to wait "just a few days more" or find some other product I liked (nice try) or if I wanted a refund. I said I wanted a refund and they gave it to me within minutes
I love this shop! I already have made 13 orders, and I don't have any problems! This shop have actually cheap prices, and make very attractive flash sales. For regular buyers they have a system of rewards with points and special offers. Inside my country (Russia) we have very slow post service, but with Gearbest all my orders was recieved bit faster, I think :) Besides that, for other countries they have many ways to dispatch more faster.
Just one order with no tracking dispatch, was lost by our post service and Gearbest refund my money, despite I didn't pay for insurance program.

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
