It would have been nice if I had received the service I've seen in most of these reviews. I placed an order for a $70 item on 1/17 and still have not received my order. I looked at their website several times over 3 days and they still had not completed the "Dispatched" step. I emailed them and the next day they said they shipped it. I didn't get a notice that it was shipped 2 days later. I still have not received my order. I am unhappy because they lied to me about shipping and my order is way overdue. I never had this problem with other online retailers, so this is my one and only purchase from GB. This is why I hate buying things online. I like dealing with humans face to face so they can't hide behind their emails and automated phone systems..
Best customer support I have ever received on international shopping sites, I had already confirmed and paid my order, after a while realized that I chose the wrong product. I thought they would never change, as other shopping sites do, but when I got in touch they quickly answered me, they exchanged my order and they paid me the difference.
