When I'm in need for a new gadget or when I see some special promotion on gearbest.com website I go and place order there. I have had great shopping experience with gearbest.com and also with their customers support.
Now same facts about this store:
- The delivery was fast (above 20 days).
- Also the parcel was packed well as i want.
- Unfortunately the box with new batch of Miband 2 was opened up before me, and i started testing it for authenticity.And he was the original. (box, strap, battery charger, and the capsule was carefully inspected for traces of forgery).
I'm satisfied.
I have already made 9 purchases through Gearbest in all of them the tracking code worked, I never had problems when I had to contact the support to change color or even the shipping address due to people problems. The service is phenomenal, the products are of the highest quality, and the shipping is incredibly fast. Today is my only site for overseas purchases.
Well there we are I got a refund with PayPal on my credit card for my items never received and made a second complain for my second command which never arrived!
GearBest is asking me now to wait 60 days!... What a joke!
I have open a dispute on PayPal and will make a complain on the European Chamber of Commerce. This company should not be operating in Europe it's a scam! I ordered a Hex Ohm v3 from gear best and i have to say I'm very impressed with all aspects of the service they delivered. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
