Placed an order and never received the products. After months of having to send messages through help tickets online they inform me the order is lost and they will only refund half of the amount I paid, or I can send them half of the original cost and they will reorder. Terrible way to do business. I will be following up with BBB and including all the responses from them that originally stated full refund that suddenly have been changed to partial. Would not recommend this business to anyone for any product!

When I need to buy something, I open Gearbest, almost always I find there what I need, cheaper than in other stores. All the goods they delivered as promised, quickly and of good quality. I recommend the store!
They advertised product and after payment only will let you know that have to wait for an indefinite time for them to restock. And once you filed a complaint through paypal, they will make your next purchase harder.

Everything was okay, I recommend them, only fact that I was not satisfied with is the delivery time (it delivered on the last possible day, delivery time could be better, but if you are patient it doesn't matter)

This is honest review. I love buying on gearbest, because you always get the best quality products, no crappy cheap stuff like on other eshops. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
