I love this shop, so I wanted to recommend it to everyone. All my family and friends are using it. Thousands of promotions, but true 90%. The goods are usually sent immediately. I have already bought 100 items in the gearbox and I have to admit that it is professional service. I buy an item in the flashsale promotion and after an hour I have information about the product packed then sent and in 2 weeks I have a package of security at my place. And it's always the original thing. I am very inquisitive, for example, I always check the batteries with real capacity and it is always what the gearbest declares. I recommend GearBest to everyone.

I ordered from the gearbest store the item: 25 in 1 Screwdriver Wallet Kit Repair Tools. The delivery was fast and easy. The item itself is great, it is very well made and handy. I ordered on 26th Nov. Even after 7 days my order is still in processing. First they take money from customer's account and then they ask the customer to prove that the customer is not a fraud. WOW! That's crazy. Fine, I proved I am not a fraud. I sent the details you asked me to, now what. When I raised a ticket about my order they told me "Now we have arranged your shipment already and can ship it to you in 3-5 days". But even after 2 days still the order is "processing". No dispatch details received.
Bull$#*!. Worst part they have a live chat service for pre-sales but if u have any issues after purchasing you raise a ticket and they will reply within 24 hrs. It like pre-sales they resolve all the issues, post-sales once the money is in they don't care.

I ordered action camera and accessories. Finally dispatched the order. But the best part is they dispatched only accessories, camera is yet to be dispatched.

I've bought on this store alot of different thing and i never had a problem, the items were perfect, just like i through, i found quality at the best price, another thing that i love about this shop is the express shipment, thats is fast (10 days to italy plus 1/2 days for dispatch), cheap, traceable and safe.
Their support is also great and fast, ready to help you with all your question.
So i recommend it to anyone that is looking for electronic and more item at the best price and with the best service.

My experience with this store is really good, in fact I often buy from this store without encountering any problems.

Shipping is always at around 15/30 days, that's because I live in Europe.

For the rest products always good and perfect and quick service.

I have been buying products from Gearbest for some times now and I always found that they have the best price and good products, last time I bought a Xiaomi car DVR from them with great discount and the shipment come within 2 weeks (no shipping fee) and the packing is very secure. They also have a excellent customer service, all questions were answered within 24 hours and they have a nice refund and warranty policy. One time my shipment was lost and I received a full refund from Gearbest. I can buy from them with confidence.

I've bought several products here, and the story was the same with all of them.
They were all of pretty good quality. Not the best you can get, but cheap and still very good. Shipping time is different for everyone, but for me it takes about a month before a product arrives. This is of course very long, but a lot of times it's free shipping on a product that cost a few euros, which is very rare on other websites.

This order n. º **************099, never arrive to his destination. I bought it in April at the Gearbest site. The seller, Michelle Tech Store, claims that I received it but does not provide me with proof, signature of receipt of order.
The local post office already told that the tracking number RM*******LV, never arrive to my country, Portugal.
Im talking with Gearbest client support since June and until now there was no development of the situation. I'm out of order, without my money and without any response or support from Gearbest.
I want my money, i want my refund, I wish to be treated with respect.

Was a bit dubious at first, bought some cheap stuff from GB and no problems but this was a bit more money. Ordered a Doogee F5 on pre-order, thinking I would be one of the first few to get it. But had to wait 6 weeks after release date, I think this was mainly down to Doogee not gearbest, but a bit of information would be nice from GB. Sent and email asking what was going on, nice concise replies, just a bit slow to actually reply. Would use again and recommend
