I ordered on 26th Nov. Even after 7 days my order is still in processing. First they take money from customer's account and then they ask the customer to prove that the customer is not a fraud. WOW! That's crazy. Fine, I proved I am not a fraud. I sent the details you asked me to, now what. When I raised a ticket about my order they told me "Now we have arranged your shipment already and can ship it to you in 3-5 days". But even after 2 days still the order is "processing". No dispatch details received.
Bull$#*!. Worst part they have a live chat service for pre-sales but if u have any issues after purchasing you raise a ticket and they will reply within 24 hrs. It like pre-sales they resolve all the issues, post-sales once the money is in they don't care.

They were all of pretty good quality. Not the best you can get, but cheap and still very good. Shipping time is different for everyone, but for me it takes about a month before a product arrives. This order n. º **************099, never arrive to his destination. I bought it in April at the Gearbest site. The seller, Michelle Tech Store, claims that I received it but does not provide me with proof, signature of receipt of order.
The local post office already told that the tracking number RM*******LV, never arrive to my country, Portugal.
Im talking with Gearbest client support since June and until now there was no development of the situation. I'm out of order, without my money and without any response or support from Gearbest.

This order was exclusively to batteries, because it's not possible to make a order with different types of products, like as batteries.
The delivery timing was close to the end, but it was my first order with the shipping method from "EU Registered", not bad comparing with "Spain express".

Was a bit dubious at first, bought some cheap stuff from GB and no problems but this was a bit more money. Ordered a Doogee F5 on pre-order, thinking I would be one of the first few to get it. But had to wait 6 weeks after release date, I think this was mainly down to Doogee not gearbest, but a bit of information would be nice from GB. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
