Hi all, I had make 3 orders from Gearbest and so far I am satisfy with the order process. First, I had 2 successful order and 1 canceled order. Gearbest have a great customer support team they processed my cancel order quickly and refunded my money back! Second, the other 2 order was delivered in the time frame they were stated. I received a notice of the delivery of my goods... I come, unpack, and... opening the packaging, I really liked the content! The bracelet quickly connected to my phone and I enjoy all its functions! Shows the distance traveled, the steps and my pulse! Wow! This is the product that I will recommend to my friends, because I am an athlete and I have a lot of friends who prefer an active lifestyle!

I have to say that this is my own experience with this site, given that, I'd say that I'm buying everything I need on gearbest, it has faster shipping than competitors with same or lower prices, It ships to many countries with different method of payment and shipping. I will buy more for sure and the products that I received are of a good quality for the very low price required.

I have not had any problems with both my purchases with gearbest, on both occasions the item arrived in 12 days from when I ordered and the items were exactly as described and were much cheaper than any other site selling the same item. Maybe I am one of the lucky ones? And not had any problems from this company, and they always answered my tickets promptly and on many instances I received a reply on the same day I sent the ticket.

As I am Brazilian, it takes a while for me to receive my products, but this is not the fault of Gearbest, but Customs. Gearbest is very agile, always sending the products quickly. I bought two gifts there for my family, everyone loved it! One of the best sites to buy electronics and jewelry.

Why should you choose gearbest? Let me explain:
1. Good support, better then lets say aliexpress, they handle questions by them selfs and not by the sellers.
2. Support always replies within 24 hours.
3. shipment is fast most of the times.
4. they have a great vip system, if you buy more products you will be a higher vip level, and that means the shipment could be faster or you get a birthday present etc.
5. this one is for the vapers, they sell e-liquid, on the most chinese websites they dont sell any e-liquid. On gearbest they do!
6. they work with points if you buy products or write a review of the product you bought, and with the points earned you can buy stuff on gearbest.
7. The packaging is very good.

My order arrived perfectly on time as expected. The packaging was excellent and whole. I had no problem. While waiting for the delivery, I requested information from the Gearbest customer service and I immediately received prompt, kind and detailed answers. My experience with Gearbest was definitely positive and I will re-buy from them again.

I ordered product that was really bargain. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I was wandering if it was genuine (power bank) and check it in many ways - it was genuine! I am really satisfied and will purchase at their site again definitely.

I bought a camera action Xiaomi Yi, after looking at several stores, I decided to buy Gearbest first. I do not regret, fast shipping and product in perfect condition. Also I bought camera accessories and perfect for my camera.
You can also choose the country store from which you want to send you the product. In my case, I ordered the camera in Europe and accessories in China. Logically, the camera took less time to get the accessories.

At least one other site noted that there appeared to be multiple positive 5-start reveiw that were fraudulent. They say, "our proprietary software has discovered a large number of fake reviews on this domain. Consequently, we have investigated all reviews connected to this domain and have removed several hundreds of reviews from the domain."

So take note of those 5-start reviews with only one one review to their credit.

I'll grant you that if you look at my record you'll only see this one review. But I ask you - who is more likely to seek out somewhat obscure websites to post a review on, one who is pissed or one who is pleased.
