So I guess I'll just do a chargeback on my credit card before this scam goes any further...

We only do that when there is a problem occur during the process of your money transaction. The reasons can vary from customer to customer.
For example, sometimes there are fraud orders, in order to make sure that it's not someone else purchasing items using your account, we have to ask for payment identity.
It is for your own good. If you cannot offer the identity, we are not supposed to send your order.

I had bought a endoscope camera for my android phone back in September 16,2015. I still haven't gotten my order and I can't even submit a ticket to resolve this matter. Just have to chalk this one up as I have lost my money. Never again i will buy from this fake company and I will warn anyone that plan to get anything from them. JUST DON'T.
