The item I am reviewing is an Extra-large Rubber Mouse Pad (order no. W**************). The item dispatched very soon after the purchase and arrived at me well-packaged. I've used it at my office where I have my desktop pc and so far I have no problem using any my mouse on this surface. As a result the item works as described originally from the item's description page at Gearbest. In addition, over the last few months I have bought several other items from Gearbest and I am more than happy with their services and the quality of products. All in all, I would definitely recommend someone to go for a visit at this store and checkout some products.

It will be three years this Christmas since I became a regular customer at the Gearbest. I won't advertise any products here, but one thing I want to share is about customer support. They answered (in my case at least) all tickets I posted to them. And they all was resolved in my favour. Last issue was with the smartphone I bought... It appeared at the end the lead from battery was broken and I had to replace it. So I got 20USD from Gearbest as compensation, instead of shipping to China etc. So I'm happy!

My order was not received "HBP1803 4WD Rally Car" yet after 2 months. The customer service are not very helpful. It was supposed to be a birthday present and the birthday was passed 2 weeks ago.
They should be ashamed of their pathetic service.
Please stay away from these type of scams.

I really like Gearbest. The products are original and cheap, usually with free shipping.
