Everything I ordered so far was good quality and fairly cheap. I bought at least 30 items, all of them was good, and I'm still using them. It takes usually 3 weeks to get the items (and rarely 7 weeks), but for exchange you can have it for a cheap price.

Good webshop

I always bought products from china, and certain stores were not always certain that the product would arrive in your house, that's when I discovered the gearbest! Shipping on time, delivery on time, the goods arriving as described. Product i ordered came in perfect condition. I recommend it one hundred percent.

This watch is amazing. I am having great fun showing this watch to all my friends.
It has the fantastic option to insert a sim card.
I feel like $#*! Tracey
The set up is very intuitive.
To be able to get notifications of emails and sms messages without having to look at and open up my phone is worth owning the smartwatch for this feature alone.
I have taken some great movies and still photos from the watch.
Highly recommend this watch

Great

I ordered a headset, E-Cig and a Smartphone from Gearbest.
All arrived in good condition and safe packed in between 10 and 14 Days by germany express/priority mail.
Service is excellent and answers questions in about 24 hours.

I will buy more from Gearbest and i am very satisfied.

Fast shipping and high quality products

Cheap products, fast shipping and high quality products... I have bought many electronic parts for my quadcopter builds. Cameras, motors, controller boards, propellers etc. I have never had a problem.

Gearbest worth it?

It is a great shop, have a lot of things from belts to graphics card; I'm Italian and gearbest is the only shop that has a italy express shipping method that is free and without any customs costs, the support center is great I had a problem about a shipment to a wrong address and they helped me to receive my products and they succeeded. So it's a great platform to shop.

GEARBEST Rip Off
October 12, 2015

I bought an RC Drone from Gearbest and when i got the merchandise it was missing pieces and was used product that did not work. I created 4 customer service tickets stating my issues and followed their directions and sent video and pictures of my package and product, they just close the tickets with no resolution. Now they just keep asking for pictures and then close the tickets with no resolution. I would not but anything again from this company.

Fraud site
December 12, 2017

Fraud site. I had 4 orders from them and all of the orders had issues. As for the last order I had, they promised a partial refund via PayPal case and then just didn't refund me. Using tricks and $#*!-chat to waste your time. Just don't buy there, it's a fraud.

I like Gearbest very much because the things that are there for sale are good quality products and cheap at the same time! I came here to share my opinion with other people with two power banks that i bought there. I bought one in November 2016 and another for a family member in May 2017. The power banks are fine, working on and without any fails, and if i have any question, I can ask the costumer center some question like: "were is my package", "have you already received the payment?", etc. The payment is secure too and the shipping is fast. I am happy with my purchases and I recommend it to everybody. Gearbest is a good shop to follow as an example.

I'm shopping in Gearbest for almost a year, and I'm very satisfied. I bought mobile phones, a laptop, cables, phone cases... a lot of things. In almost all cases, I had no problem with the shipping, but when I had any problem, they resolved fast and easy. I'm absolutely continuing shopping with them. In fact, now I'm waiting for a Xiaomi mobile phone I purchased yesterday.

I didn't expect a such awesome shopping site! I'm really happy

Site are easy to use and the app too, linear, clear. Price are cheap, they also provide a fast shipping since they got also warehouse in Europe. Some time price can be 2-3 higher than averange but they provide always a good packaging and an awesome customers support. I order a lot and got no problems!

First of all, I'm so pleased with the all shoppings that I did from Gearbest website. But I can say that I'm more satisfied with this shopping than the others. Because the product which was sent was more useful and better quality although its price. I can use the keyboard with my smartphone, PC and smart TV. I want to thank GearBest for everything.

Great savings on great products

I'm so pleased and surprised by shopping on GearBest, most of the products are awesome and with great savings. The daily rewards on the app is a very good option the get points for more savings.
Every purchase gives you more points for more savings.
And the customer support is outstanding, the time zone is an issue, some times you need to wait for responses but it is super effective.

The only con I have with GB is that I can't filter listings by shipping, so I have to browse product by product on some categories to find out what I can import to my country.

Pro tip: for maximum savings, choose registered mail shipping or if you are brave enough unregistered shipping, also you need to be VERY patient with these shipping methods.

Pro tip 2: Always pay for insurance if are buying expensive/fragile products.

Really!?!?!?

First, you can tell that there are many reviews here that are not real due to verbiage.
If you decide to buy something from this site, do not pay for additional shipping to get it faster. Additional charges for shipping will not get you your items faster, ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you order more than one item, they will more than likely come to you at different times, therefore a longer wait for all that you have bought. I bought three items, and after two weeks and 4 notes to them I received a notice today that they have sent out one item. Don't worry, there is no way to track this item, you van only go to their site and see what they have decided to tell you is happening. Really! I saw the pricing and thought ( wow this is great) I am not terribly upset, and decided to buy the same items elsewhere, when I receive my items from Gearbest, I will keep those as well. I will stick to ordering things online from my country. Just beware.

In August 2018 it will be a year since I am GearBest user. I've made there 12 different orders, each item arrived to me on appointed time, without any damages and disappointing surprises. One is able to use PayPal when paying for GearBest order. I would like to say that I am impressed by quality of service and logistics provided by GearBest. I would also like to recommend GearBest to anyone who didn't use it.

I made some purchases. I like quality, delivery and customer service. My first purchase was Umidigi F1 phone, which I get on time. Later I ordered some cables for iPhone and headphones. The iPhone cables were the same quality as originals. Headphones were cheap but not bad! One my parcel didn't get to me and I got a full refund pretty quick. This store is really amazing!

Partial refund

After fighting with this company for a month I filled out a review on here. I was given a partial refund of $40 out of the original 136 order. The company had the nerve to ask me to upgrade my review on here. They also keep giving me a story about how they checked with PayPal on my money. I don't think it was ever sent.

Fast and reliable shipping
