Already made 3 purchases in the gearbest and in all they fulfilled with the promised one.
In one of them, I was unlucky to have received a damaged electronic article, but Gearbest's grievance center was quite effective and I got the problem solved in no time.
Excellent service and very low prices every day, also all products are from very good quality and the have a fast shipment to Europe.
For so far i have ordered many IP camera's and some other stuff and i'm always have been very satisfied so far.
Ordered on 26 December with an insurance to avoid problems, nothing received. With difficulties after three months Gearbest finally refunded the whole price. Gearbest should send items only with reliable shipping company with delivery only with a signature... anyway Gearbest is finally honest. Well done anyway!

I've already done shopping in several Chinese stores but since I discovered Gearbest and created an account there, now it's my No. 1 shop. A wide range of products with the lowest promotional prices. Moreover, if there's no promo for product You want to buy, there's an option to reduce price using GB points up to 30%!. I have placed so far several orders - ranging from small and cheap accessories to expensive electronics (like Oclean SE Sonic Toothbrush) - and all were original as described, arrived safely and the next ones are on their way :) I can not rate quality of Customer Service because - to be honest - so far I have never had the need to report any complaints, etc.

I have ordered from Gearbest many times now and have not been disappointed. Everything I have bought from them has been reasonably priced and of good quality. The items usually arrive within the quoted time and their customer support is always on hand to help and respond quickly. In total I have made 24 orders with them and have been satisfied 100% of the time.
Purchased a hover board for my son before Xmas. It took over 2 months to arrive, and when it did it was defective. Doesn't work. It wasn't put together properly at all and the main board is defective. For the last month I have been trying to get some help to rectify the situation. I've sent pics and videos. I want to them to honour their money back warranty - but they are telling me it would cost ME too much to send it back! All they are offering to send me part... Which presumably I will have to pay someone to install, or a $30 credit! Ridiculous. I paid $329 USD! Stay away from Gearbest.com. The quality is poor and their warranty is a scam. I feel completely RIPPED OFF!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
