I ordered an action cam. It didnt charge so could not be used. They forgot to sent an extra ordered battery. Customer service is rude and charge a lot of money for a replacement. They censor the reviews in their website. Be very careful!

I received an order with these wonderful batteries surprisingly fast, shipping to my country took only 20 days. (I know that in many cases the goods must pass the waiting at the customs and the process is delayed). The goods was carefully packed.
To the quality there are no complaints, the original yellow high-current LG HE4 with sufficient capacity. Used for vaping.
Thanks to seller, thanks to Gearbest, I am pleased with the order.

Online store with low price.
I bought Xiaomi Smart Multi-functional Gateway and some smart sensors for my Smart Home. With flash deals the price was really low. The order was good packing and fast shipping via Netherland post. Xiaomi Smart Home suitable for beginners. Gearbest are my favourite online shop.

I really liked this store

Good quality goods and low prices. A very good discount system "GB points", which allows you to reduce the price by another 30%. A large selection of delivery options, which allows you to choose the time of delivery: faster and more expensive or slower and cheaper. I bought LED lamps and some PCBs. All perfectly.

1st case, 10 DAYS after item ordered, no shipment yet, after email and contacting C. S., told me the item is not available any more. I could have order from other store and receive the package at that time already.
2nd case, 3 weeks after order made, not received shipment yet, tracking shows the package landed in LA and went to nowhere...
I won't give them the third opportunity to waste my time anymore!

Bought a phone, was never delivered.

Support only respond with pre-written messages, and so far after 4 months and several refund request, still no news about neither my phone nor my money.

You should be ashamed, and your compagny should be closed for scam.

I bought an original xiaomi beard shaver from Gearbest.the first thing i noticed is that the prices in gearbest are the best, so i made the order and it was shipped next day(amazing fast and free shipping) through Singapore post which i believe it's the best logistic right now for delivery to my country. After 15 days the order received and everything was good as expected and as mentioned.the shaver was amazing and it works perfect. Finnaly i want to say that i want to order more and more from this giant store. Thank you

I bought several times in this shop, the experience is in short very good, like everything there are things that improve the quality and price of the products is very good, the time of preparation and packing to go shipment arrives to take up to two weeks depending on the number of products, but they arrive undamaged, in the absence of availability of the products you back your money, if you get a different product you ordered, you are subsidizes a portion of them, this seldom happens common in very similar articles as accessories or lamps.

Ordered a hoverboard in November as a XMas present for my son, then got a reply from company stating they needed scan of my credit card and ID to complete the transaction. Being very leery of identity theft and having never been asked to do so for an online transaction, I did not. Thinking there was no transaction, I purchased elsewhere. Two week later they charged my credit card anyway. As of January 6 (7 week later!) I still do not have the shipment and emails to seller to grant a refund have been fruitless. Wondering if I will ever get my money or shipment. This site is a complete scam.

The best store in China

Very happy with my first purchase on the Gearbest site, I bought a Xiaomi redmi note 4 the cell phone is amazing very fast beautiful and great quality, I was amazed at the competence of the store met me very well and all my questions were answered. Shipping was 29 days until arriving in my city in Brazil. I will surely buy another cell phone. Thank you Gearbest, you guys are very good at your job.

It did easier and more profitable than I thought.
Bought Mlais M52 Red Note. Sales price at that time was $ 130. Applying the coupon it will save me $ 15 more. In addition, I was given a gift of $ 2.5 headphones. I was very happy about it. I bought many gadgets from this site and always love to back and buy more.
Only this site have option to choose currency to Polish PLN! It's so good option because you don't need to exchange the price from dolar or euro to PLN. Even Aliexpress doesn't have that much currency to choose!

I've always getting my packages and never had any problem with customs office.

Best service ever!

For me GearBest is my favorite store to shop some vaping gear or gadgets and devices. The service is the best I have seen so far, no lie! I am very surprised how good the quality is here. In germany where I live there is no good support, no personal contact, everything must be fast fast fast... this shop is not like this!

Keep it up, thumbs up! Thanks for this shop!

Delivery was okay, but from china to germany is very slow. No matter which shop you are ordering.

Oneplus scam
November 13, 2017

I have been ordering the new oneplus 2 months ago and my order is still processing. When i ask why it is so long and if i will ever receive it Gearbest send me automatic answers. And it is quite annoying because Gearbest keep making adds everywhere on the internet about there promotion on the oneplus. I think they don't even have the phone in their stock. I don't if this website is any good for other articles but i would not recommand it if you wanna order the oneplus.

My first purchase went OK, although had to wait just over a month.
Second purchase got lost in post. Was asked to wait two months after purchase date. Then was told that they would either refund me half the price of original order or I would have to pay half in order for parcel to be resend. I've asked for refund, since waiting another two months is not an option. Now two months and three weeks I still haven't got no parcel or money.
