I ordered an action cam. It didnt charge so could not be used. They forgot to sent an extra ordered battery. Customer service is rude and charge a lot of money for a replacement. They censor the reviews in their website. Be very careful!
I received an order with these wonderful batteries surprisingly fast, shipping to my country took only 20 days. (I know that in many cases the goods must pass the waiting at the customs and the process is delayed). The goods was carefully packed.

I bought Xiaomi Smart Multi-functional Gateway and some smart sensors for my Smart Home. With flash deals the price was really low. The order was good packing and fast shipping via Netherland post. Xiaomi Smart Home suitable for beginners. Gearbest are my favourite online shop.
Good quality goods and low prices. A very good discount system "GB points", which allows you to reduce the price by another 30%. A large selection of delivery options, which allows you to choose the time of delivery: faster and more expensive or slower and cheaper. I bought LED lamps and some PCBs. All perfectly.
I've been registered for a year with many orders and the overall experience was excellent. I had no problem with my orders except a couple in which i got the order resend or refunded. It's a reliable store with good customer support.
1st case, 10 DAYS after item ordered, no shipment yet, after email and contacting C. S., told me the item is not available any more. I could have order from other store and receive the package at that time already.
2nd case, 3 weeks after order made, not received shipment yet, tracking shows the package landed in LA and went to nowhere...
I won't give them the third opportunity to waste my time anymore!

Ordered a hoverboard in November as a XMas present for my son, then got a reply from company stating they needed scan of my credit card and ID to complete the transaction. Being very leery of identity theft and having never been asked to do so for an online transaction, I did not. Thinking there was no transaction, I purchased elsewhere. Two week later they charged my credit card anyway. As of January 6 (7 week later!) I still do not have the shipment and emails to seller to grant a refund have been fruitless. Wondering if I will ever get my money or shipment. This site is a complete scam.

I have been ordering the new oneplus 2 months ago and my order is still processing. When i ask why it is so long and if i will ever receive it Gearbest send me automatic answers. And it is quite annoying because Gearbest keep making adds everywhere on the internet about there promotion on the oneplus. I think they don't even have the phone in their stock. I don't if this website is any good for other articles but i would not recommand it if you wanna order the oneplus.

My first purchase went OK, although had to wait just over a month.
Second purchase got lost in post. Was asked to wait two months after purchase date. Then was told that they would either refund me half the price of original order or I would have to pay half in order for parcel to be resend. I've asked for refund, since waiting another two months is not an option. Now two months and three weeks I still haven't got no parcel or money.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
