Do not buy anything from gearbest.com. I ordered a phone on September 15th and still have not received it. And all the users that put five stars on here it is the same person. So they are fake users. They logon as different users and post fake posts. I am computer hacker by profession, when I looked into their profile they come from 3 to 4 computers.
Bought three different items from three different suppliers and they just packed everything in one box and charged me a dirty cheap price. Needed a very specific set of items and they were the only one to provide me with so cheap shipping price.
Use of the site for two years, has made 25 orders. Very pleased with the quality of the product and customer support. Pleases a large selection of delivery options to suit every taste. There is a system of discounts, and also get points for the purchase of goods, which is partly to pay for future orders. I plan to continue to use this online store. I recommend to all!
On my first purchase, the experience with the gearbest could not have been better. Besides the whole site being translated into Portuguese, the prices are really excellent and I still had the facility to make a purchase in installments.

I ordered some lights and only half of them came the other half of my order probably got lost but I am very happy that they gave me a full refund within 7 days, I was very surprised that they did not want me to send back the items that I received and just refunded me for the entire order. Very quick customer service even though it was through those tickets that they open for the case. My opinion is that they are too far for the items to be on time plus I know that post offices in Europe loose a lot of packages from the experience I already had with them. Since I already got part of my order in its common sense that they sent it to me but never made it to me because of the third parties. They even sent me a picture of the two packages when they were being sent to me. I know how they look like but one of them never made it to me unfortunately.

I've been on a buy-clothes-direct-from-China kick lately. Sometimes it's great (cheap and good), sometimes not-so-great.
Gearbest has definitely been a great experience. Good prices, responsive customer service. (remember, everything ships from China, so it'll take a while... like ~3 weeks to get to you. But that's why it's so cheap.)
Ordered a month ago, still not shipped and they have not answered any om my 5 requests. Asked for refund today, i'll probably have to go through my CC to get a refund. Good prices don't mean a thing If they don't actually send the items. Stay far far away

My items have all been related to RC aircraft - micro multicopters, spare parts, batteries and the appropriate chargers. It's interesting that they came from four different places, New York, China, Netherlands, and Sweden. Apparently they ship from wherever is closest and has the item. Everything arrived and works quite well and arrived pretty much in the time I'd expect or sooner (As in the case of the one from New York.)
I'd recommend that you take a look at them since the prices are very good. Just use good sense and check things well because you might find the same thing listed at different prices, Also you good judgement when making any expensive purchases because I've seen that customer service from many places in China to be somewhat of a problem.

I ordered from Gearbest and was told my package would arrive in 10 days. Never told about any option to pay additional fee for tracking a package. What BS as I have never paid additional to insure someone ships my package I have paid for. When I contact customer service first time they state I will have my package in 25 days. Now the date comes due and they tell me it will be 45 days and then they tell me I should go stand in line at my post office to see if my package was delivered. Also look at the form letter responses from them attempting to disguise customer service. Who are these crazy people. Avoid them at all cost. Now I am out my purchase and no resolution in hand.

It's awesome. The prices are awesome too, things that I would usually pay 100$ here In Brazil, I can pay 50 or less, I just need to be patient. I'll buy at GB more times, because with them I'm able to have the best experience plus good prices.
Product shipping was slow, but to be expected, just need to stay on top of them throughout the process. I would have had a good experience with them but one of the pins on the charging cradle was broken upon arrival. I asked them to send a new cradle since I can't charge the phone without a cradle. They offered 3 solutions, one was a $8.00 credit or a $10.00 store credit, or I could get a replacement for a new watch for $40.00. The problem with this is that these cradles you can't get in the United States, so the credits would still leave me with an unusable watch, and the other option would be to spend another $40.00 and have 2 watches but can't really sell one without the cradle and what's to prevent the cradle or something else coming damaged again. Could have been a good experience but you are cautioned that if something comes damaged or not working you are out of luck. Very poor customer service!

I recently contacted the support of gearbest because after making an order, part of it was not sent because some items were not available. The problem has arisen during the Chinese New Year and yet I was contacted within a few days.
The support has been very kind and solved so egregious my problem.
If you have a problem definitely you are glad you did.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
