After reading some of the reviews on here i can only assume I'm one of the lucky ones.
I've ordered a few items over the last few months from Gearbest (mostly ecig related) and had no problems at all with their service.
Delivery to the UK been around 6-7 business days and all items I've had have been authentic.
I made an order since May 24 it's now july 13 and still haven't receive anything. I have contacted customer service 10 times first they said it would get here in 25 business days then they said that my post office might have it and I had to go pick it up. I check with my local post office and they don't have anything. Now apparently they say they have until July 24 before I can try and get my money back. Which I thought they will refund it. Plus you can never talk to someone it all his to be done through email. Never order from them unless you just want to give your money away cause you will never get anything.

I have ordered phone on their website! It doesnt work properly and they agree that its their fault, but at the end they showed to me their return policy! In any case even product is damaged or broken You Have to pay return shipping cost to China!

Received only 2 out of 7 orders until now. Orders are 45+ days to 3 months old.
I even payed shipping insurance and yet one product came DOD.
I just hope this will help somebody avoid all the disappointment of making fool out of himself.
UPDATE (March the 21st)
GearBest contacted me with regards to the orders I did not receive. They offered me USD20 as GearBest credit. I considered it as a compensation for the inconvenience created by the fact that I did not received yet the orders made on December 1st.
I have to wait to see that's the bottom line.

The shopping experience at GearBest have been very positive. I ordered 3pcs smartphones for Christmas. Orders were sent pretty quickly despite the sale of 11.11. And black Friday. Support GearBest competently and quickly answers all questions and would go to any lengths to make the client satisfied.
My orders from Gearbest have always been well packed and received very quickly. Also tracking is a great plus to see the process of delivery. Selection on the website is beyond expectations and I have found many useful gadgets from the other segments as well. Mostly I order phone gadgets but recently I have widen my orders because the offering is very wide.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
