I bought a phone for my 9 year old birthday on 6th September. The phone was not working and I had to return it at a cost of £12 by international signed for. Royal Mail states it was delivered on Tuesday 29th Sept. I cannot get anyone to acknowledge receipt or confirm shipping of repair or replacement. Basically I have lost £116 and my daughter's birthday ruined. I buy regularly online and this is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. Stay away - you will lose your money.
UPDATE - After repeated requests for confirmation of receipt of phone and no response, I posted this review and opened a dispute with Paypal. I then had instant and daily communication. Unfortunately the offer of a replacement phone was conditional on me closing the Paypal dispute which I declined as if the case were closed it could not then be reopened. A subsequent offer of a refund was also conditional on closing the Paypal dispute. I again refused and have now escalated to a Paypal claim.

I ordered 6 shirts from Gearbest. They looked awesome in the photos and the prize was too good to pass up. I got the shirts and they were the correct sizes, at least that is what the tags say. I am 6' 3" tall and 238 lbs. I ordered XL and XXL. Most XL shirts fit me perfect. I do not know if this were children's XL or a small Asian XL. But they were not even close to fitting. In fact they were all different size's with XL tags. Only one shirt did fit and that was the XXL. The other 5 shirts would not even close, there was a one foot space when I tried them on, seriously. Do not buy from Gearbest, at least not clothes. Also the shirts do not look like the ad.
I want to leave a review about the purchase of the phone on the site Girbest. First of all, I was attracted by the price, in comparison with other sites. After registration and payment of the order, the parcel came quickly enough, packed neatly. Box without damage, complete set. The phone works just super, very satisfied with the purchase. Unacceptable waiting time, customer service is horrible!
2 months, and I'm still waiting for my order. It took them 18 days to dispatch the item, which they never told me. Today was the first time, I was actually able to talk to someone, previously they didn't give me a straight answers or they ignored me. Still, the person on the phone could not give me a valid reason for the delay. They talk about 30-35 business days as estimated time for delivery, which is still overdue today! They don't offer any compensations for their horrid service, this is an absolute joke!
UPDATE: 12th of March, STILL WAITING! They don't allow me to cancel the order either!

In the end of last year I decided to buy new blutooth mouse for my laptop because previous as broken. My brother told me to look it up at Gearbest because here is good service and low prices. I made my order and start wait for my mouse. 18 days later I took it from post office. Product quality is good, shipping fast and nice service. I think this store is trust seller.

I have bought an LiitoKala Lii - 100 Smart Universal Battery Charger.
My order was delivered quickly, shipping to Germany took about 2 weeks. The items and packaging were not damaged. To the Positive, I can also include various options for delivery (including free delivery) and payment (including PayPal) I would recommend.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use.
