Let me just say that GearBest is awsome. I love the prices and the customer support. They have a good points system, so you can save even more on your future orders. You can get a lot of stuff on GearBest that is not available on other sites. Honestly you can`t go wrong when ordering from them.

My experiences buying from Gearbest.com were really good (i made more than 10 orders). Every time, the ordered goods had a very good quality and arrived in a decent time (2-3 weeks to Romania-which is very good).
The prices are very good and when they have flash sales you can buy products very cheap.
You can pay with the card or with the Paypal account (i prefer paypal... i think it's safer).
The customer support is very good and they tried to help me any time responding to my questions in less than 24 Hours(most of it in less than 2 hours).

I got GEAR BEST accidentally while searching my facebook. Some interesting items caught my attention. I tried several orders with different values and all satisfied with the orders. The items received are of good quality. Moreover, it is easy to solve any problems via its support center. I definitely will order more from GEAR BEST.
Made 4 orders *******@gearbest and didnt have any problem so far. Of course shipping to EU takes some time, so plan ur buy there.
UPDATE: Had a problem a few weeks ago with a package that was sent pack- i was on vacation and couldnt pick it up in a week. Got my money back after a few friendly email conversations. Even got the choice if i want it on my bank account or on my GB-Account

Web site to trash your company like you trashed the hover board you sent me. I may not get my money back but I will continue writing every possible website to let others know how terrible your business is. Also please don't degrade my knowledge by offering me gearbest points. Why would I ever order from you again. What needs to be done is to make this right by refunding the money you excepted prior to shipping out the used Hover board. But from what I have learned. Everything went well, the delivery times were always fulfilled and everything was always in compliance. When I had problems, they promptly resolved. Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
