Fraud

Someone used my compromised card to buy…
Someone used my wife's compromised card to buy stuff for 850 USD on sunday early morning the 28 of April 2024. Although I wrote immediately to the customer service to stop the order and refund it, ( they confirmed my complain and escalated it to review, also on sunday) they did not stop it and refuse to refund. I even cant get the intended delivery address or a tracking number. This company is a scam and a fraud
Obviously not the first time either. Stay away from them

Disappointed
April 1, 2024

My last order was canceled due to the discrepancy between the shipping address and the billing address. ( *******) they said that it takes 7 working days to get your money back and now it has been more than a month that the money has not returned to my account. I asked for help through customer support, I sent the bank statement documents to prove that the money was not returned, but after more than 1 month, all i have is robatic answers "the money will be returned within 7 working days or talk to your banker" after years of shopping from fashionnova i am really disappointed.

Terrible customer service!

I have an order that is missing a dress and one came damaged. You have to email for customer service and it is horrible. They don't respond, if they do it's a day later and still no resolution. I email right back and never hear anything again. The worst customer service, I will never order again. It seems like they only care about posting celebrities all day rather than tending to actual paying customers! I wouldn't be so annoyed, but I am going on vacation and I actually like the dress, but I'll find one else where just as pretty if not prettier.

Stains on clothes is 100% unacceptable

I have been buying clothes and spending MY hard earned money for years on this company and when I return home from burying my mother, the Dress I bought has a stain on it, which is unacceptable meaning someone either tried it on or you guys packaged up a dirty garment. I sent them a picture and they told me because of the timeframe they won't be able to do anything about it, which is unprofessional as hell considering the tag is still on it and I would never wear anything that looks like it has a stain on it from someone else's body. If you're selling used clothes, just say that. But you could at least credit me. I will be posting this letting other people know and leaving a review on other review sites as well

I haven't received my order in 2 months and they won't let me request a return this websites a scam it'll nothing but rob your money and send you bots as support. Who ever is Drop-shipping on this website needs to have Shopify ban his store.

A few times my order has been left in my hallway without the delivery person even attempting to knock. I stopped ordering from Fashion Nova for a long time because when by their delivery persons faults I don't get my items and they give me a hard time. Today same thing I'm in my kitchen making coffee I get three alerts that my package has been delivered but there is nothing and I'm home! You can't call them and their online "help" app just goes in circles. Horrible company I should've stayed away like I did for over a year! Im so mad right now.

Bad customer service

There is no express delivery. They are just charging you extra money. Then your items will show up in the regular time frame. Forget what you needed them for sis. Then the customer service will give you the run around and try to convince you you're wrong by using some already typed up email that basically tells you you're right! Then they'll just stop answering altogether. They didn't send off my express package until the day it was supposed to be delivered

Undelivered

Terrible customer service! No product delivered. I have a ring camera that lets us know when we get packages. It never came. I. So many words, they said that it's not their problem because it said it was delivered. I'm out of money on my first time ever ordering from this company. Save your money and time, order from someone else.

Not getting my orders

Ordered fashion nova and never got my item. Gave them accurate address whatever company delivery you work with suck. Delivered to wrong address. Stated that they delivered but on cam was totally not even my house.
Had to reach both Fashion nova/ delivery so many times nothing solve n and no refund back for thier fault. Waste of my money.

I received my bathing suit damaged 2 day's before leaving for vacation. When I advised customer service they advised me that they could not issue a refund per store policy, only a store credit. Why would I want to order any other merchandise if it's has the possibility to come damage and their is no sufficient collateral accept ordering another item from them as a recourse. The only person benefiting is the company not the customer.

Horrible quality
October 18, 2021

Got my lingerie in the mail and opened it and my items were torn. Tried to return but it says that these items are not eligible for return, I didn't even try them on. I also noticed that it is very cheap quality, I've gotten better off of Amazon for cheaper. Tried calling support but "they turned off their phone lines to better help their customers" that doesn't even make any sense. Also they don't give you return labels like most company's they make you pay for it what a waste of time and money. Such a bad company with horrible customer service and even worse quality.

First and Last Time

HORRIBLE service.

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova and it never came! I checked the status and it said it arrived at their facility in Texas. However, it never moved. Apparently, it should have been handed off to their shipper, LSO and yet LSO told me they never received it. Fashion Nova's customer service is also ridiculous for such a popular fashion company. There is no way of contacting them besides a form you have to fill out and then they'll email you from an email you can't even respond to. What they basically tell you if your package never came and it has been more then 10 days, they won't even issue a refund or credit. I spent over $100 and this order was for an event. I spoke to someone else who had this exact same experience and they ended up having to file a dispute with their bank in order to get their money back. It's just ridiculous that that is the only route you can take when this happens. Worst experience ever.

Awful Experience

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I never post negative reviews but I feel people need to know about Fashion Nova's policies. First of all, their clothes are cheaply made (you definitely get what you pay for). They don't do exchanges and then charge you for returns AND shipping if you want to reorder in a different size. If you do return something they will not refund your money; they will only offer store credit. Their customer service department is online only. You can't talk to a person even if you ask to. They also refused to reply to my email asking to elevate my issue to management. They are unwilling to work with customers. After realizing how awful their return policy was, I tried to cancel my return. They refused to cancel it and also refused to refund me for the cost of the shipping label. My advice is look at other online companies. Most have way better policies than Fashion Nova!

Fashion Nova charged me $360 for an order of various items and never delivered them. I have attempted to get in contact with their customer service, but it is close to impossible to get someone respond. It's going on 2 months and I still have not received anything from my order.The tracking number from their carrier still says out for delivery as of 03/14/22

This company is trash!

I ordered items averaging to 131.50. They used a courier "LaserShip" who delivered my package to another address showing delivered to my apartment door on file. I never received my items it was stolen and they won't even make this right. I have a ring camera and live in a gated community which they have a code for. I've ordered from this company for so many years ordering probably over 1000 times but I'm done! Screw fashion nova! Im sick of the customer service they give people who actually pay hard earned money verse the celebrities they give free clothing to. I'll never order another thing again!

Horrible experience from start to finish
December 3, 2021

Clothes are OK, sizing is all over the place for jeans and the length is very long. I tried to initiate a return and that is where the nightmare started. The system would not let me return all 4 items (it was buy one/get one free), bc 2 were marked as costing $0 and would only let me return the 2 that has cost associated with them. I emailed CS 3 times, sending them screenshots of the issue and every time I got a canned response about returns that had nothing to do with my situation.

I send the 4 items together and explained on the return why I am able to select only 2 and included the original receipt. I only got partial refund (50%) and absolutely no way to contact anyone to fix the issue. When I email support, I get another canned response, directing me to their help center, which is no help, bc there is no way to submit a ticket or reach a human. I ended up having to dispute the transaction with my CC company. I wasted so much time dealing with this inept company.

No customer service - fraudulent

I made a purchase but it never arrived. I got proof from ontrac (a joke of a company) showing that they never made the delivery but Fashion nova does not have customer service instead an email that sends generic messages about the return policy. I will never buy from them again and I don't think anyone should until they get actual customer service. This is fraud and is absolutely wrong for a company with a billionaire CEO who just takes vacations on stolen money.

Bad quality item & Return Policies

The time frame to complain about anything in your order is 2 weeks from delivery. I was missing 2 items in my order and i opened my package 4 days after i received it. I realized i was missing stuff the next day. Which left me 9 days to talk to customer service. I feel like that's not enough time when considering people have busy lives. Also the quality isn't that great for the clothing which is to be expected with fast fashion, but the pricing is way too high.
