I have emailed fashion nova 6 times about an order I placed April 12th and for none of these emails have I received a personalized response explaining the status of my order. Responding to the first email I sent, they gave me a new shipping date and a new tracking number. The order I placed contained 18 items worth $287.75 USD. I am really disappointed as it is my first and last purchase with them. Also they have made themselves ver unuseful because after calling multiple times I have never been able to speak to a representative ( do they even have any?). In addition to that, when calling, the automated message is as the following if you have reached us during business hours 9am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday from we are on the other line taking care of all you hot nova babes and proceed to tell me to email them ( at a useless email) if I have inquiries about my order.
