I placed an order for a dress that I need Friday 12/8 on 11/27. I have yet to receive an update if it has been shipped or not.

Same... placed 2 orders for my vacation. The 25th and 30th of Nov. Needed the dress for my birthday weekend away. I got one dress when I came back and the other one is being delivered today. Just terrible. Bad customer service. Can't reach nobody by phone. All emails I recieved were automatic responses. Not personalized at all

I ordered two pair boots I received two dresses help me figure this out I get automated response no live person on the phone action i have no phone number fashion Nova help me fix this I should not have to send back or pay for postage on you guys mistake I just need my money back or send me the two pair of boots help me with this issue or I'm going to say no more fashion over

I ordered on 12/12/17 told me it will be 7 processing days I still haven't got my order. Sorry $#*! company I have emailed them over & over still no order.
