I received $99.00 but I originally paid $148.74 so I don't even feel like wasting my time with them anymore. Yes its my money & I'm disappointed but even if I got what I paid for, I still woudn't order from them ever again. Its pointless. They only care about celebrities, they dont care about people who don't have 100k+ followers on social media. They can kiss my $#*!.

I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They issued me a store credit that I have not try to use yet. They also sent me a return shipping label that was unfortunately for an envelope not the box that the shoes came in so I had to pay the additional shipping charges -which was more than they paid. They said they would refund that additional amount.

No I didn't receive a refund. I was informed that they don't give refunds but store credit or can reship the package. However since I posted on this site another representative has reached out to me so I am hoping something more positive will come through.

Hey there Fashionnova
You sold me items and then told me that they are not available anymore. You gave me no choice in replacing these items, because placing 2 orders requires 2 times shipment. You said that you issued me a gift card with the amount of money that I PAID you already, which i don't need.

I do not need your giftcard, I need my money back. You are not a bank that can keep my money on your bank account. You have no rights to keep my money. You don't provide a good you return money back.

If you don't have these items and if you would never ship them to me than I don't have any reason to keep MY MONEY on your bank account.

I am not an investor.

So I demand my money to be returned. Provide me with full refund for all items that were never shipped to me to my bank account stated in the order. Otherwise I will see it as a illicit enrichment and will sue you.

P.S. To all customers that saw Fashion nova PR campaign on Instagram and so on (thanks Cardi B for promoting such a $#*!ty company as Fashion nova really is) - DO NOT BUY IN FASHION NOVA. Think twice! All of these items are created in Chine so there is a very big chance that you will see the very same items on other websites. Moreover, do not believe photos on their website. Their items never look like that. They also delete all 1, 2, 3-stars reviews.

Im going to contact my bank and make a fraudulent claim because that is what this was. I suggest everyone else do the same. I am having the exact same issue. I purchased a dress in November (a week before thanksgiving) I mailed my items back the day after thanksgivng... tracking number says it was delivered to FashionNova, and here were are 3 1/2 weeks later and no store credit. I was googling a 1800 number because Ive emailed them 3x and got 1 automated response, and another saying respond to the email. But I did and still no one responded. I will never purchase here again! File a claim with the bank! Dont give FN any more of your money! Imagine how many other people are having this problem? It shouldnt take 21 business days to process an exchange! Are we having wedding dresses made? FOH

I'm waiting for my refund. Its still pending to my account but luckily I always use PayPal so I'm confident I will get it soon. I did receive an e- gift card on another order when an item was not in stock. Had to pay additional shipping because they don't waive it unless you spend $75+. They try to make it seem like they're doing you a favor when you've already spent your money on the order. Just a store credit. I will never spend money with them again. They can kiss my $#*! too

This is the worst site I have ever ordered from. I ordered $150 worth of items they said they shipped the items and they were in stock. Then when the items were set to arrive I received an email stating that they gave me a credit because the items were not in stock. They credited me an amount that was not the price of the items. The dress was in stock when I purchased it and still is. This website is a total rip off, nobody answers the phone call or emails. I will never order from them again.

I actually got my package in although it was fairly late. They're not good when it comes to customer service whatsoever but the shirt and dresses I bought I liked, so I'm just gonna make sure I buy a couple things at a time rather than a whole lot just in case.

I also wanna warn you that the jeans are a little loose and stretchy so order a size or 2 down.

NOOOO! I am so sad, they disappointed me. I USED to talk amazing things about fashion nova with my friends and I would always recommend them to buy things from fashion nova, I probably gave them about 50+ customers ( co-workers, family, school, and friends) now i am going give horrible reviews till i receive my refund. I returned my items about two weeks ago and didnt receive my refund of almost $150+ dollars! I check my emails every day, like come one I want to be able to buy something for my friends on fashion nova for Christmas! Like they make thousands and thousands of dollars everyday and cant even refund me my money KARMA is $#*! thou...

The worst I mean the worst service I brought 200.00 worth of clothes paid for 6.00 for 2 day shipping fee n it taken the 4business days jus to send my order this is the second time ordering from them... I'm highly disappointed n won't shop at this scam of a store again... IM TRYING TO WORK WITH CONSIDERING THEY're trying to make their business global...

They won't give you your money. They don't care. You have to file a dispute with your financial institution. Paypal is great, because the dispute was fast.

Hello, I ordered some outfits from fashionnova and they haven't arrived yet! I am sooo mad so scared these people are trying to steal my money! If they don't deliver my package I will CONTACT A LAWYER AND FIND PROVES AGAINST THEM! I also know a lot of people who haven't received their order either! If you don't put my package on the mail I will contact a lawyer and ask for a indemnity!

I sent 2 orders back to Fashion Nova and I only received store credit for the cheaper of the 2 orders and the representative says that they didn't receive the second order which is bogus because they were both in the same box with different return information on each package. Long story short I will NEVER shop with Fashion Nova again, I will NEVER refer ANYONE to Fashion Nova. I will be sure to let everyone know of my experience. I'll stick with ASOS where I'm treated right. Fashion Nova is TRASH

Lost my receipt with my tracking number, the representative I'm emailing with has repeated herself several times instead of allowing me to describe what I shipped and my address that should be on the box. I literally just shipped over 50 dollars back to them and cannot get store credit or a refund. I hate that This happened because I really loved their clothing, can't deal with such shady business people though.

I have been contacting Fashion Nova through emails for almost a month and have only received automated messages implying that the Cardi B Bollection is the reason of my lost items. It has been a month since the release of the Bollection and I still have not received a Store Credit card for the $38.00 I am missing. I have sent more than 10 emails! Fashion nova stole my money and I will never shop with them again.

Purchased items on 10/19 and was promised my items were in stock and would be late shipping, as they were moving into a new distribution center.
Received a shipping notification on 11/14 saying my items were sent out, but a few were out of stock and not included in the shipment. I reached out to customer service that day via email, and was told my refund was processed and would take 7-10 days to complete.
I emailed again on 12/10 requesting my refund and was told to contact my banking institution, as the refund had been processed and my bank had put a hold on the refund. Well, as I had paid through PAYPAL, I opened a claim with them for my missing refund.
I got an email from Fashion Nova on 12/13 stating that because I had opened a claim with Paypal, that they were unable to process the refund.

They had told me my refund was processed on 11/14 and now they tell me they cannot process the refund because of the chargeback they had instructed me to file. It's obvious they are doing everything possible to not give me back my money. I'm hoping PayPal is able to get it back for me.

I made a purchase through their site in October and because of their distribution change there were delays on orders. They then sent me an email of the option to cancel my order for a refund because of the delays. I chose to cancel my order and received and email stating my order was canceled. It is now December and still have not received my refund, not only that, they are now trying to tell me that, that order was delivered. I had never received any other email stating that that order was shipped just that it had been cancelled. They owe me money and are trying to give me the run around. I'm so frustrated because I could use that refund towards my holiday gifts for others! If you plan on ordering from them just know if you want to make a return or cancel. Just give up because they not help you out

I bought some items from Fashion Nova address to Newark, New Jersey the sent it instead to Newark New York. The shipping company sent it back to them because of the address problem. Up to now I have gotten back my money nor my items. They placed a hold on my money as soon as I purchased so how long can it take them to just unhold my money. I dont think I able order back again. Wish I saw this site earlier

I have not idea if I will receive my order but looking st what you guys have wrote. Probably not. It's been a week now and my order has not shipped. I emailed them several times and they are telling me that unfourtanely my ordered is delayed! They then send me another email saying my order is delayed and I cancel if I will like and if my order if my ordered is not shipped within 7 days aka tomorrow they will give me a refund. I just want my dam items! I ordered from pretty little things and Nordstrom rack two days ago and already my items have been shipped. Like what the hell!

Hellll nooo! I have bought SO much from them (about 5 separate orders over $75), and then I placed one order for $85.59 on 10/11/2018, then I received an email a week later that states "if you'd rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here to cancel any time before we ship your order... while we do not anticipate a significant delay, we will be monitoring your order - and if it doesn't ship within 10 days of your original order date (and you don't cancel prior to shipment), we will automatically cancel and issue a refund to your original form of payment."

SOOO anyways, I canceled it a few days later and requested a refund to my original form of payment... then NOTHING! I emailed them 3 times and tried calling their "customer service" number, but it always hangs up on me! So what number are people calling that they have a 40 min long wait? Because I don't even have a long wait from them, they just drop the call like wtf?! Anyways, it's 11/20/2018 and I ended up having to send a letter to my CC company to dispute the stupid charge.

I didn't receive anything from them. No boxes, no clothes, no gift card (thank goodness, I don't want this). I will NEVER buy from them again. Sorry $#*! customer service.

No this company is absolute bull$#*!. I ordered 4 items and received an email a week later saying my order was delayed and I could cancel and get a refund if I didn't want to wait. I canceled my order the same day. The next day I recieved an email saying half of my order has shipped and the other half couldn't and I would be refunded. However I didn't want the entire order anymore and I still haven't been refunded for any of it. They won't answer any of my emails and their phone number doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order from here

No! I purchased four items, Only recieved three of my items, the missing item printed plain as day at the top of the list on my receipt (so how they missed that is beyond ridiculous)still waiting to hear back after getting an email telling me their missing items policy (which I already knew) and i certainly sent out my email to them within said time frame, So not sure why they sent that bogus automated email thinking it would shut me up. I've since sent at least 3 more emails with no response and dont even get me started on the customer service over the phone, IT IS NON EXISTENT! So disappointing to know a company that is so popular is known for basically stealing people's hard earned money and doing nothing for their countless NORMAL customers to shake that reputation off. I wonder if the celebs that buy from them go through the same? I'm sure the answer is NO!

NO they even ignored my emails. I've sent them like four messages on the past five months and nothing. This hurts me a lot because the money I spent on them were from my birthday and they never refunded it to me or gave me a store credit and it was practically all the money I had at the time and they dont care because they ignored me always.

This is still an ongoing issue!

They mailed me only 2 out of 5 items including an EMPTY BOX of what was supposed to be an invisible bra. No apology from them just a promise of an e-gift card that will be emailed to me within 7-10 days. After 12 days I sent them an email but they told me its on the way. One month later still no news so I sent another email. Another representative replied with the EXACT SAME template.

So I filed a dispute against them and CC-ed them. Within 2 days, voila the gift card is in my mailbox. I dont need your trash gift card Fashion Nova. You must think Im some kind of a joke. Shame on you for being such a dishonest business. Hope everyone realises your scamming nature soon.

I Highly suggest everyone do this so that fashion nova gets a message from all of its customers they are taking advantage of! Collectively we have a stronger voice!

Also Make sure to file a case with the better business bureau!

STORY:

So I just finished my dispute with Fashion Nova and I was able to recover all of my money in this faulty transaction. I got my money back through the Resolution Center from Paypal. I purchased my fashion nova items through paypal and I'm so thankful! I started a dispute and ended up escalating the dispute all the way. It took about 2 months to get my money back but it was well worth it. I advise anyone who wants their money back and paid with their paypal account to file a case with them through the resolution center. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK! PAYPAL IS AWESOME! When filing your claim make sure to include key phrase such as " FALSE ADVERTISEMENT" "2-day shipping" "YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO USE THE MERCHANDISE AS EXPECTED DUE TO SHIPPING DELAYS ie FALSE ADVERTISEMENT". Pay pall will ask you to send the merchandise back to the seller to get a full refund.
