Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The more items you order I think the more they screw up the order.

I ordered a pair of fashionnova shorts and was sent a pair of jeans (with the tags not even attached?). I emailed customer service about it and their solution was for me to pay to ship the jeans back and they'd issue me a store credit. So that i can then turn around and repurchase the shorts, and pay for shipping AGAIN. They offer up to $10 to reimburse shipping (in store credit of course). However, i live in pennsylvania so it costs me more than $10 to ship! Explained that customer service and they were less than helpful in their response. Ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again.

Hello, I ordered some outfits from fashionnova and they haven't arrived yet! I am sooo mad so scared these people are trying to steal my money! If they don't deliver my package I will CONTACT A LAWYER AND FIND PROVES AGAINST THEM! I also know a lot of people who haven't received their order either! If you don't put my package on the mail I will contact a lawyer and ask for a indemnity!

I ordered 2 pants and was tracking. They shipped with some company I never heard off they are yet to inform me if my order. They say it will take 30days to investigate. Any ways I ordered the same item again via ups shipping they say it will ship overnight they are yet to ship.

As a comment stated above, the more you spend the more they screw up your order. Order $200 dollars worth of merchandise and it was delivered YET i haven't received ANYTHING; told them about the package i never received, theyre not trying to help in ANY way. Smh thought this was a good stand up company. You spend you hard earned money and once they get their payment basically, nothing else matters after that. Smh

I ordered $200 worth of items from fashion nova and have yet to receive it. They already took money out of my account and now the items that I purchased are even sold out on the website so I won't wven get what I purchased even though I purchased it when it wasn't sold out. No one has yet to respond to my emails.

I still don't have my order. 3weeks ago I ordered. I don't know what to do. Tracking keeps saying in transit since 2 weeks. They just took my money. When I emailed them. They just keep sending my tracking which says same thing since 3weeks..

If you're ordering to the UK shipping always takes only a week, they only let uno when the package has left from America and its a nice surprise when it turns up! I ordered on the 5th Feb and it arrived on the 10th so it took 10 days. They give store credit so if you're not happy with an item you can order a new one or something different! You mfas moaning like crazy

I ordered one item. (Jumpsuit) I got my item, it was great quality! I ordered on Sunday and received on Saturday evening(6 days)So, the shipping thing bothered me bc I was told via email differently(2days). Sorry you guys have had bad experiences! I only ordered one thing, I love it, but if I spent more money and ordered multiple items, I'm convinced they would've scammed me too. Lawdddd they need to just throw away the whole warehouse crew!
