Terrible Customer Experience

Placed an order weeks ago and still haven't received it. The package was sent to the wrong address, and despite multiple emails and calls, I got zero help. Their customer service is rude, unresponsive, and takes no accountability. I've shopped online many times, but this was by far the worst experience. Never again.

Didn't receive my Christmas package

So I didn't receive my Christmas package and it went through Lazorship, it was a very small order compared to the larger orders I normally order I've been back and forth with customer support thru there bogus email system only for them to keep giving me the run arounds instead of valueing me as a loyal customer and reimbursing me for my daughters order, they keep taking lazorship word that it was delivered when we didn't have any deliveries that day, my wife works from home and we have one of the best camera systems no deliver driver came at all on Dec 7 and instead of fashion nova contacting lazorship and asking them why didn't yall take a picture of it after you delivered it to show that the package went to the right address and hold they butt accountable, instead fashion nova support is telling to check your neighbor houses which I should have to do but I did it and it wasn't at any of my neighbors house, and now there saying it's nothing they can do about it because it's been pass 30 days when ive been in contact nova support for the past 2 to 3 months, basically right after I didn't receive my package, I've been back and forth with you guys over a 136.00 order
When I'm used to ordering 800.00 to 1200.00 orders so why would I lie about a 136.00 order
This is awful and very bad customer service I used to really love fashion nova me and my family members spend slot of money with them, not anymore until they make my last purchase right I'm contacting the better business bureau and we are going to leave a bad review for y'all everyday until y'all make this right
Fashion Nova you should really be ashamed, 9 times out of 10 the delivery guy took our order.

DON't TRUST FASHION NOVA!

It's huge disappointment from a first timer! I ordered winter clothes 11/27/2022 for my upcoming trip this Christmas holidays. I'm expecting it's going to be delivered 2nd or 3rd week of December. They shipped my items from LaserShip, I turned on my notifications for updates to track my package. We have ring camera in front door, and a CCTV camera top from the garage door. 12/13/2022 at 3:40PM, I received a notification it says delivered at front door. I was at home that day, I went ahead outside 3:41PM to check my package, and I was wondering there was none, there's not even a truck from LaserShip or a person that came through my front porch or in the CCTV cams I have. All I received is DELIVERED AT FRONT DOOR, I even check my CCTV cams from my phone around 3PM-4PM and no one came, so I waited by the end of the day and the next day up until today, it's been 5days after there was nothing! I even read some reviews and I had the same situation A LOT OF THEM! Delivered but no package receive. We have huge lands, where our neighbors are far away from my house, so it's impossible that someone may have stole it and we've been receiving packages from Amazon, UPS, USPS and we have no problems with it even though the packages stays outside the whole day w/o getting stolen. SO PLEAAASSEEEE! STAY ALERT FROM WHERE YOU PURCHASE YOUR ORDER FROM ONLINE! DON't GET TRICK BY THEIR SALES! AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY DON't DO NONE! SO YOU're JUST STUCK AND NOT GON GET REFUND! PLEASEEE READ SOME REVIEWS AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A POLICY WHERE YOU CAN CONTACT THEM IN CASE YOU're PACKAGE IS MISSING OR THE COMPANY ITSELF STOLE IT, ESPECIALLY THAT LASERSHIP IS A THIEF!

This review is regarding Fashion Nova's customer service only (which sucks), not their products... I have ordered a lot of items (mostly jeans) from Fashion Nova... My most recent purchase was ordered on November 13,2022, and I received an email from Fashion Nova on November 14,2022 stating that all of my items were shipped... I am yet to receive this delivery that I paid in full for (didn't use affirm or whatever it is to pay off over time)... When I contacted Fashion Nova via the online request form regarding this issue the rep advised me to wait until November 27,2022, then contact them again for help... I did as the rep advised (emailed them) because I didn't receive my package… They stated there was nothing they could do, and the package shows delivered... I was like so what was the reason for contacting you guys again and waiting until the date you advised. I informed the rep per the tracking number they are looking at that says delivered it also shows signed for by DELIVERED which isn't my name; furthermore, the same tracking number has been showing out for delivery for over a week, as well as on the way... I also informed the rep that via the Fashion Nova site it shows out for delivery on November 25,2022. The rep advised me to contact the police if it was stolen, check with my neighbors, and my carrier... The rep continued to state there was nothing they could do, and to check my shipping address... I explained where I live packages are placed in lockers and a code is given to retrieve packages, and this has never been an issue... I also explained, Fashion Nova used LSO for my last two packages which is not my normal carrier, but they have delivered packages from Fashion Nova to my address before with no issues; and I have contacted LSO a couple of times but, no one has contacted me back. I stopped emailing the rep because I clearly wasn't getting any help... It's really dissatisfying seeing as how I have spent a lot of money purchasing different items from Fashion Nova... Just jeans alone, I literally have over 100 pairs I have purchased from Fashion Nova, and that's not counting the jeans I have purchased as gifts or the ones I have given away... I had to contact my credit card company for help regarding this issue, this order was over $130... Fashion Nova's customer service sucks…

They offer free shipping over a certain amount, and when they're running specials.. Keep all shipping information, and any contact you make with Fashion Nova...

FTC fined Fashion Nova for manipulating their online customer reviews and only posting 4 and 5-star reviews: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2022/01/fashion-nova-will-pay-42-million-part-settlement-ftc-allegations. I gave them several one star reviews as my items were never received and none of my reviews were ever posted. I had to beg and plead and yell and finally threaten legal action to get a refund.

So after this long-term scam was identified, why weren't they shut down for such outlandish manipulation and fraudulent business practices? And why does Sitejabber have Fashion Nova as having 4 stars when all categories have them only getting 2-3 stars? Is Sitejabber getting $ to hide that this company is clearly a scam and completely untrustworthy!
You don't have to go without your refund. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had Fashion Nova pay a $9.3 million dollar settlement on 4/21/2020 for failing to refund consumers for the items that it did not ship. Instead, it was the company's policy to issue gift cards, which are not considered refunds under the Mail Order Rule! The company also failed to cancel orders and provide refunds when it did not offer consumers delay option notices.

Consumers who received gift cards instead of refunds when the company violated the Mail Order Rule will be eligible for refunds under the settlement. The settlement also prohibits Fashion Nova from any further violations of the Mail Order Rule, and requires the company to ship ordered merchandise within 1-day of receipt of an order when the company doesn't specify a shipping date.

Please file a complaint with the FTC and the BBB. FTC and BBB will force them to refund your hard-earned money! #StopFashionNovaRipOffsNow!

Stay away! Only shop at reputable online companies.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience of my life, it was my first time ordering, so initially it said if I spent 75$ I would get free overnight shipping well that didn't happen, I went ahead and paid 14.99$ for overnight my order was completed and processed as of 12:33pm Cleveland Ohio time which fashion Nova location it's 8:33 am this was a Friday, later that night I checked to get my tracking info and seen that the delivery date was November 16 mind u free delivery was a date of November 15 so I googled their number to call and boom a answering service saying to better serve their customers they cancelled all phone representative and we have to email, so I did a total of 15x over and over I said cancel my order I was done, mind u I would understand if it has shipped they can't cancel anyhow, they say they would issue a 5$ gift card for the inconveniences gtfoh, and ignored the cancel my order, there is a law for online purchases called the cooling off law that gives the consumer 3 business days to cancel a order for a full refund back to the original payment method, I had contacted less than 24 hours, poor customer service and they can't force u to shop there if I don't want to, I have rights, and still as of November 13 nothing still I'm so upset, I disputed with my bank and also contacted the better business bureau, us a consumers can't keep letting this stuff happen, if it's not overnight delivery don't false advertising that it is, also clearly should state that there's no actual customer service representative and have to contact via email, you just wouldn't expect this from a big company such as fashion Nova, NEVER AGAIN IF YOU ARE SMART DONT SHOP THERE PLEASE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Avoid ever shopping there, you will regret it , I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I paid for and if a problem occurs be able to contact to solve it , u can't even speak to a live person they say email and if they feel like responding then it goes from there , I personally think it's necessary when making a purchase online to be able to contact the merchant

Do not purchase from them. If you do not receive your package, you will not get a refund.

Hi,

Last year I thought my package was stolen off my steps despite me being home all day waiting for several days for my package to show up even though I paid for express. I was advised that the shipping company didn't offer express anyway and that Fashion nova charged me for an option that wasn't even a option through the carrier they chose.

I waited an additional 3 days from the date that the package was estimated. I then got a notification advising it was delivered and ran outside and saw no one. I assumed it was stolen an called the police to make a report, in order to access the camera footage at my apartment complex. The officer and the apartment complex pulled up the exact time and date the carrier advised and we saw no one come into the complex and deliver it. No one ever came into the complex. Fashion nova and the freight company provided me two different dates the item was delivered. Neither of the dates were valid and it proves there was a discrepancy.

I used Affirm and I still have to pay $300 and have not been offered the option to get my refund or anything. Even though I never got the option to cancel my order despite paying for the express option and not getting the guaranteed date I paid for.

I recently got a call from my friend and the exact same thing happened to her. There is a huge post on Facebook with over 20,000 people that had the same issue. These people are having the same issue with Fashion nova not delivering through the new carrier they chose. I would like to begin a class action lawsuit. If this happened to you please like the post and I will post additional details soon. The lawsuit will be for paying for an express that isn't provided through the shipping company and the other for not choosing a valid shipping company despite their customers expressing that we all have the same issue.

Fashion nova doesn't care about their customers and they do not care about a solution beyond all the proof.

See the attachments. Fashion nova says the package was delivered on 08/26. Their eta says the 27th on the ontrac website but the final delivery date shows it was delivered on 09/01. I took off several days of work and stayed in the house and waited several days and paid for an option that wasn't real. Ontrac doesn't offer express shipping. What did I pay for?

Do not buy a large amount at a time because you may not get your package.

Hi guys, *** i am adding from my lasership review to talk about fashion nova**** I wish i could give zero stars, i swear to the lordt! I ordered a large shipment of stuff from fashion nova. Around $540 worth of stuff. Since I didn't need it in a hurry, I opted for standard delivery. My shipment was supposed to dlv on 6/10, it didn't arrive. The tracking site shows dlv on 6/11 at 10am. But there was no dlv. I tracked the package on fashion nova's site and it shows dlv 6/11 at 6:30pm. That's problem #1&2. Problem# 3 is that it says it left the facility at the 29th min and delivered the 30th min of both 10 am and 6 pm.
I contacted Fashion Nova regarding my non delivery, and they are no help. Stay tooned for the review I'm about to leave them. I went to the companies site to get a phone# to call and i was able to do the contact us and leave a message on the site. I got an email that they will contact me within 48 hr. Still pending the reply from them. So I m super upset and per fashion nova: once the items leave there facility, they are no longer responsible for the package. They will not refund my money, they will not replace my order and they told me to contact the shipper myself. They had the nerve to offer me 25% off my next order. Who does that! One of the reasons these shipping companies were able to leave items at your door with out a signature is because a lot of people were not home and the companies they worked for didn't allow personal deliveries to the office/ work place. In order for these companies to be able to leave packages on the door someone has to take responsibility for miss delivered or non delivered packages.it would either be the merchant (i. E. fashion nova) the shipper (i. E. Lasership) or both. It would not be on the customer unless they provided a messed up address. The fact that fashion nova will not accept responsibility or just re-ship the order at there expense it the #1 problem. Even the richest people don't have $500 to just throw away. Every dollar spent is accounted for for the rich. While i am not rich or poor, all of my dollars are accounted for. I think it is real messed up that they are basically saying I'm out of luck. I ordered the items on line. Please tell me where i am at fault? Fashion nova as large of a company they are don't have a customer care phone number. I'm so upset. And not about the money, more of the fact that they don't give a F once they got they got paid. It's what ever with your items. Sad! I'm gonna share my email correspondence. I'm trying to be respectful by blocking their email address.

pay for express shipping so your stuff will come by FED EX or UPS.
