I have an order that is missing a dress and one came damaged. You have to email for customer service and it is horrible. They don't respond, if they do it's a day later and still no resolution. I email right back and never hear anything again. The worst customer service, I will never order again. It seems like they only care about posting celebrities all day rather than tending to actual paying customers! I wouldn't be so annoyed, but I am going on vacation and I actually like the dress, but I'll find one else where just as pretty if not prettier.
