I was so upset that I made a lot of spelling errors. I ordered two size 15 jeans, but they made a mistake an sent two size 13 jeans. Now I have to pay shipping fees because of their mistake. UGH!
I loved ordering from fashion nova until I realized the scam. They charge you for things they don't have. Twice they sent me an alert of an item in stock. I purchased it and when the package came one of the items are missing. Once I brought 4 items at different times. I paid shipping independently. They charged me shipping for each and placed all my items in one package.One of the items once again was missing. I spent a whole week back and forth with emails. No resolution.Im letting PAYPAL take care of. Don't trust the system it may say it's in stock but it's not. They will charge you then give you a hard time to get your money back. I gave fashion nova a week to solve this matter. They didn't care about the faithful buying customer. So I will help the next customer from this trap

I love fashion nova and have been ordering their clothing for a while. However, the last couple times I have ordered, I have received my order 5 days later when I was suppose to get it in two days. I have ordered clothing for a vacation, but I could not even bring it with me because it was delivered to my house late, while I was gone. This has not only happened to me, but my friend as well. She ordered a dress 5 days ago and still has not received it. We pay $6.00 for two day shipping and we should get it in two days. If this continues, my family, friends and I will not buy from here anymore.

I first ordered a dress a few months ago. Arrived on time and with no issues. It was white and looked great and then i put it on. Incredibly see-through material. Returned it for store credit and then purchased a jacket a few days ago. The jacket arrived and it is incredibly poorly made with strings hanging off the jacket sleeves and the words stitched on the jacket were completely illegible because of the poor stitching. Very, very thin and smelled terrible, a very plastic-y smell. Will not be ordering again.

I just ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time March 27th. I have so far appreciated the level of online customer service I have received thus far. I received my tracking number which has not yet populated but faithful it will. I really hope from what I have read on here that I will not receive the unfortunate experiences some of these ladies were given. Please don't disappoint Fashion Nova!
The reason I made it three stars and not lower is because their clothes are amazing... The only thing that I had a major problem with was their customer service representative. They did not help me at all nor were they remotely empathetic about my situation. I first contacted them when I couldn't track my package after four or five days, to which they said they would try to see what is happening. For six straight days afterward, I kept asking them what was going on to which they said they were still in the process of contacting their international shipping department... As if it would take that long to contact your own company's shipping department. Just as I lost all hope and thought that I was scammed, my clothes were in my mailbox, just a couple days late.
Still, I would consider shopping from this website a risk, because if you have a problem they probably won't be able to help you. However, I will still order from this place, just not in large quantities just in case something does happen and my shipment gets lost, because I asked what would happen if THEY lost my shipment, and they said I would have to file an affidavit... What kind of retail company makes their customers go to such legal extremities even though it's not their fault in any way?
I have never been one to post negative commentary online however, I have to make public the extreme lack of customer service I've received dealing with this company. I placed an order over a month ago, I have yet to receive the package. The package had the incorrect address, so it just bounced around from one post office to another. I contact both the carrier and Fashionnova regarding this matter, to no avail. I've called on numerous occasions and the phone just rings, I've emailed and the representatives are of no assistance. The last person who emailed me was not only not helpful but very rude. I am so disappointed and ask that you be aware when dealing with this company. I am a repeat customer and find it awfully insulting to be treated in this matter when all I'm asking for is to receive a package that I paid for.

I wish i read the review online before ordering. I took the chance as I've ordered online from accounts I found on instagram and got great service. But their business ethics is just unacceptable! They are scamming everyone online claiming that their package will arrive in 5-7 days and if doesn't its stuck in "customs" when it never even got shipped. Ive contacted them several times and get nothing but excuses and no responsibility on their side. They have no problem taking your money, but have issues helping you out or actually giving you what you paid for.

Sent me a cheaper pair of shoes than the ones I ordered. Would give me a credit after I returned shoes, but expected me to pay a minimum of $10 to ship back to them - which they would not refund. Since the error was on their part, I expected they would provide me with a prepaid return shipping label like most respectable companies. I read other people were promised credit and never received, so I decided to cut my losses and not return shoes, I will never trust this company and do business with them again.
UPDATE:
Kim from FashionNova contacted me and expressed the companies willingness to correct the situation, She has forwarded to me a prepaid shipping level and has extended a discount on my next purchase. I appreciate her efforts to resolve their error, even though I feel that it would not have been addressed had I not complained on social media.

My card info was stolen & used on this website multiple times. I called them about 10 different times not only did they not answer not once. I tried contacting them several other ways and never heard back from them. My account was blocked because the bank said they kept trying to run more charges on my account! I've never even heard of them until this happened. Nothing but a garbage website. My question is why would they keep trying to charge my account at different amounts unless they knew it was stolen information! Frauds! I will be letting everyone know about this "company".

I ordered my items almost two weeks ago and after 3 days my tracking information never updated, it was stuck at preshipment so I started to wonder where my package was because usually the 2 day shipping is accurate. I have never had a problem with receiving my items until now. Due to my experience I would not consider Fashion nova is not a reputable company so beware ordering from them. I reached out to them multiple times and they keep promising me an update but provided none. If they don't rectify the situation soon I plan to contact my bank.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE. I purchased items online about four weeks ago. I received an email stating that my items were shipped. Two days after being "shipped" I received an email stating that my item was unavailable and was given a gift card for the price of that item. After writing emails back and forth with customer service I was denied a refund as they do not issue you refunds (well you charged me for an item that was not in stock). I decided to drop the situation and went on to purchase another item using that gift card. I then again received an email stating my item had been shipped and then two days later after being shipped I was told that the item was unavailable and was issued ANOTHER gift card. I called in and spoke to gentleman who let me know that they do not issue refunds but do to my unique situation he would send a request to the manager asking for a refund. The gentleman than put me on hold for two minutes and then hung up on me. 24hrs had passed and I still was not issued a refund so I called again today, and spoke to the same gentleman on the phone who identified that I should get a refund as the request was sent through...

I ordered the Tracy and Riley dress on 8/11/15. I wore each dress once. One was worn while running errands and the other while out at a tapas bar. I washed each dress on 9/3/15 (following the directions on the tags) and both dresses now show streaks in the fabric. I rewashed the dresses on 9/4/15 and they are still showing streaks in the fabric. It's unfortunate, especially since the dresses were not dirty or stained; I just wanted to refresh the dresses after a long wear. I've never seen rayon react this way to hand washing and being laid flat to dry. I contacted the retailer on 9/4/15 along with the BBB. The retailer only offered the usual customer service script and only offered me a $10 gift card for two ruined dresses valued at $57.98! Do no but from this company! Every thing from the fake reviews on their site, the fact that they delete and edit reviews under 5 stars; their piss poor packaging and rigid return policy is a lesson learned for me. They don't deserve any more of my money and they do not deserve your money either.
The prices are unbelievably affordable! I was so surprised when the clothes came (they arrived in less than a week) and they were absolutely gorgeous. Worth every penny!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
