I have never been one to post negative commentary online however, I have to make public the extreme lack of customer service I've received dealing with this company. I placed an order over a month ago, I have yet to receive the package. The package had the incorrect address, so it just bounced around from one post office to another. I contact both the carrier and Fashionnova regarding this matter, to no avail. I've called on numerous occasions and the phone just rings, I've emailed and the representatives are of no assistance. The last person who emailed me was not only not helpful but very rude. I am so disappointed and ask that you be aware when dealing with this company. I am a repeat customer and find it awfully insulting to be treated in this matter when all I'm asking for is to receive a package that I paid for.
