I purchased some items from fashion nova on April 4,2016. I have not yet till this day received my 4 outfits as of May 20,2016. Please beware that this website is a SCAM!
I recently spent nearly 300 dollars at the online store, I was so excited to find cute clothing at an affordable price, but I guess I learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. I just hope that you read this before being fooled as I was and purchasing items. #1 I wrote this review under the product that I purchased on the fashion nova website. The item I received was completely defective (unwearable and essentially garbage) and the site deleted it. SO, all they leave up is positive reviews to fool customers! That is like lying to your customers! I always think reviews are an honest way to judge the products and service, but not here! The issue was a received a defective pair of jeans, the zip fly would not do up, i tried to waer them the first day I got them and it was so embarrassing, that I had to change. When I contacted fashion nova, they told me to return them and then buy a new pair. So they were asking me to spend 20 dollars to ship back a defective item they sent me (from Canada) and then pay to ship a new pair back to me (keep in mind these jeans are only 40 dollars). When I wrote back asking if they would at least credit the return shipping. I was completely ignored, no response and no response to my review, just deleted and ignored! This is by far the worst customer experience i have ever had. I would spend your money elsewhere.

I purchased items from fashion nova which were their Norma dress in black for 39.99 and The rose garden dress for 29.99. I returned the items on 03/31/2016 and was notified by USPS items were received by this company on 04/04/2016. After having numerous problems with their items not being as described I requested a refund and not a store credit. I have reached out to them numerous times on this matter to no response. It is only right if you return my funds if you have the product. This is bad business practice and I am completely shocked in the way I am being treated. I feel like I have been scammed.

At first I was extremely hesitant to place an order, given all of the reviews online and being from Toronto. But I decided to place a small order. My only regret at the end of this experience is that I didn't order more. My order arrived even sooner than on time, the quality of my items were surprisingly good given the price point, and most importantly they fit me perfectly. Overall, my experience was excellent.
The reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they make you feel a little skeptical. When I first ordered from them my package took three weeks to come I asked what was taking so long and it seemed every time I got an excuse but eventually it came and my clothes were gorgeous, now when I order from them I notice my stuff take a minimum of 1 week to come, fashion nova is in my good books until they disappoint me.
Okay so I gave my review 3 stars because I did receive one of my packages... The first order I put in was 3 weeks ago, I received the confirmation that my order was shipped... however when I checked the tracking code it came up with an error code. I emailed them to advise them of the situation and they said it can take abit of time for the code to become active. With that being said I put in a second order... Within about 3 and a half weeks I am pleased to say I got the second order I put in and the clothes was great! Everything fit great! I am very happy with my purchases... HOWEVER! The tracking code still doesn't work for the first order I put in and when I emailed them about it they essentially said its out of there hands and not there problem as its most likely a issue with customs?!?! Ummmm weird cause I ordered to the exact same address from the exact same company but somehow there is only an issue with one? They told me to call my local post office however what information would they possibly have to give me? When I look up the order number itself it says the info was last updated the day after the initial order was put in and its in LA... get it together guys, Im in Canada. Please figure out why my package hasn't actually left and where it is. I honestly feel like you are playing Russian roulette with every order you put in. Thanks for one of my two packages I ordered I guess...

VERY Cheap material poor customer service Toronto
Material is extremely cheap. Which is why they don't post materials in description. Zippers are tight to the point of not working. First order, the canopy jeans, which were perfect. Second order about $300cdn. Ordered a white jumper and paid for it, only to be told it was out of stock and not sent. No refund was given, only store credit for their mistake. Jeans are good but VANITY SIZING IN FULL EFFECT. So sizing isn't accurate and you will have to pay to reshape. A black romper that is 100% acrylic. Remenescent of cheap material that is used for Halloween costumes. Ordered 3 of the exact same size of jeans, only one fit. Midi skirt was so tight, Iwas unable to walk. No stretch at all. Poor material. Size way off. Sent 8 items back.
Furthermore, Fashion nova sent me an email to review a pair of pants I bought. It was a honest review in regards to the horrible sizing. No surprise, it wasn't posted.

This company is a joke. Their "customer service" consists of one broad with a cell phone. How do I know? Every time you call back you get the same exact person. My order was "flagged as fraud during payment." When I called, they said that I entered the CVV code incorrectly (FALSE) and needed to email them a picture of me holding my drivers license next to my face?! Before the order would ship. First and foremost I will NEVER be sending information like that via email, the fact they even asked is appalling. Nevermind the fact that all these errors for the payment caused by "possible fraud" did not interfere with them deducting the cost of the items from my card! When I called and let the same broad know I would NOT be sending my driver's license, she stated I would be getting a refund in 7-10 business days. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH.

So I made a big no no. I ordered from here before I read the reviews on this site. Maybe a good thing because if I would have, I never would have ordered. Most reviews I read stated that they ordered and received a confirmed order email but never received the clothes they ordered. Some went as far to say that they got a email saying that the clothing was on the way but then they would later be told that it was out of stock or that they couldn't find the package. So after I read the reviews I was in fear but also ready to share my bad story with the rest of you all. I received a email the night of my order (April 27th 9:31pm) I received a email saying that my order shipped the next day (April 28th 4:48pm) Got off of work yesterday (April 30th) and the package was here! I couldn't believe it! Shocked. I'm not sure if they got it together after so many horrible reviews, but I'm pretty sure that is the fastest delivery (outside of Amazon prime) that I have ever received. I only give 4 stars because the clothes were just ok. Not horrible quality but not the greatest. I will use the site again... maybe only buy when there is a sale.
Dispite the previous reviews, I have been a loyal customer for fashion nova for years and have not been disappointed with the service and/or shipping what-so-ever. I follow them on Instagram and love that they host promotions for their customers. The items I have received have always been delivered in a timely manner. If I ever experienced a problem, customer service was more than happy to accommodate me and my products to ensure I was getting exactly what I ordered. I was very surprised to hear some of the reviews because I have not experienced any issues. I am very pleased with my products (especially for the price) I hope that anyone looking to purchase through fashion nova can take my review into consideration.
First off, Fashion Nova has the most trendy styles out there. Their clothes fit me perfectly! Because of this and their excellent customer service I will forever be a faithful customer of their brand. My items always arrive on time and the few times I've had questions and called in the reps have been courteous and respectful. Love Fashion Nova!

For those of you who love to shop at Fashion nova, BE CAREFUL. I placed an order on March 28 & the package was never shipped to USPS. They basically cancelled an order that never existed because if it did, USPS would've been responsible for it. On top of all the unprofessionalism, they gave me back $99 when I originally paid $148.74. I've been calling them & no answer.

After my last order turned out to be a mess I was able to get help from Nataly who went above and beyond to help me get things right. I decided to give fashion nova another chance and I got all of my 5 items that I ordered and all the correct sizes. I was able to use my store credit, my gift card, and also a few days expired coupon! Things may happen when dealing with online ordering but Nataly's amazing help and great customer service is the main reason I was willing to give it another shot! I'm very happy with my order and deliver! I cannot wait to wear my new clothes!

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
