Worst experience ever! My package was never delivered but claimed to be I have a ring camera set up on my door and nothing ever came. I spent $280 on clothes just for fashion nova to steal my money and ignore my emails about the so called claim they submitted! Don't buy here they are thefts.
I recently received store credit for returned items however the store credit doesn't work. I've reached out to Fashion Nova customer service no one has given me a return email nor is there a working customer service number. This was my first experience with this company. So they are holding on to my money and won't return funds or fix my store credit issues. I am truly unsatisfied with the lack of communication between customer service. Trouble consumer experience.
Ordered a pair of jeans. They did not fit as expected. Item was returned within one day. Then, I received an e-mail saying that I was given an in-store credit. I contacted Customer support and they wrote back stating "Fashion Nova is a credit - based company and we can only issue you an E- Gift Card for your returned items". WORST EVER. I ordered a package from them since the 6th of October, it said it would've only took 4 days this is going two weeks and still nothing. I decided to send an email to help center they're saying it was delivered to the carrier facility. I contacted the carrier facility, they're saying they haven't received anything from fashion nova. It's crazy and foolishness. This was my first time ordering and I will not be ordering anything anymore. Really bad experience.
They have the worst customer service (which is pretty much NONE) no telephone number to call. They don't refund you when you return and they want to force you to take a "gift card" instead of your money back.
The took 3 days to even process my order and it said my order would arrive on a certain day but because of how long they took, it was pushed back 4 days causing me to miss my entire order because I had to leave to head overseas for work. For all the years I have been buying at Fashion Nova, I have never had an delivery issue until August 30,2022, when it said my package had delivered, but yet nothing to show. I have a camera on my front door. It shows no one drop off any package much less to be stolen. I am so disappointed I reach out to fashion nova and they write me back to let me know I should go check with my neighbors and report it to the local police station. They didn't even care to re- send the items they just took my money and was satisfied with what they are doing but they took the wrong person money cause I am not letting it go. I am afraid to order anything else from them because they took your money then say your package delivered and no trust came from it. That is why these carrier services that they are using constantly stealing the packages and Mark delivered because these shipping Companies are holding them accountable for these stuff.
The customer service delivery of Fashion Nova is unacceptable. I made a recent order and purchased matching outfits for a birthday party and paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, the package came three days after the expected delivery date. This resulted in me purchasing more expensive outfits for the occasion. I asked Fashion Nova to provide a full refund as it was the COMPANY'S ERROR of late shipment and they explained to me they are unable to process my full return. But, yet, they provided the refund for the added shipping cost made. Given that I had to spend money elsewhere and I am not a frequent shopper on Fashion Nova, they still did not provide me with my refund. This was such a disrespectful response. I would encourage anyone who is reading this to not buy products from this store. I do not like the fact that you are unable to receive your money back and instead, get store credit? To be honest 1 star is too generous for these guys because I ordered on 24 January and it's 20 February and my order still hasn't arrived. They said 7 -10 days and it's not here and I sent a message to the customer service and its useless too cause they didn't respond at all and it's been days. And they're estimated date keeps changing yesterday it was 9 march today it's 10 march.
Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. They said they will help resolve the issue but that has not happened, they won't even respond to the email (only way to contact customer service). Why do they continue to use a carrier that has such bad reviews. It seems that they don't care about there customers satisfaction, only the money. No one has money to lose at a time like now. Beware of the fine print. Most often times, we forget to read it.

I love shopping at fashion nova. The quality of the merchandise is amazing. I ordered a top in extra large and I got an email from fashion Nova stating that the blouse has sold out and we will refund you your money.
Therefore, I went back to the site and just ordered another size. A few days later I get both tops, I explained to Fashion Nova that I want a store credit since they don't give refunds. After the third time explaining their mistake, I get the same responses from AI customer service. There is no way that a human cannot solve this problem that they created. I will no longer want to shop at fashion nova.
I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I spent $150. Returned most of it because it was either damaged with black ink or too small. They charged me $8 shipping to return. I paid. Almost 2 months later they're telling me I never returned anything and they can't track it, but I followed their online return procedure AND paid for return shipping. I am not happy with them. They are very hard to get in contact with AND only seem to respond to emails with pre-scripted responses.

First of all my items were late then the delivery man didn't deliver my items he came to my apartment and left with my items…It's on camera…I contact FN they told me they're sorry for my frustration but my items have been delivered and check with a neighbor! We are talking about $200.00 worth of clothes!
They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
