I originally wrote a one-star, scathing review for this site because I got cheated out of $44 (a hoodie plus the cost of shipping). At that time, customer service was horrible and unwilling to help me.

Fortunately, there is now a new group of people managing Mr. Beast's merchandise sales on this site, and I corresponded via email with someone who was very polite and willing to help me. Even though the old group of people swindled me, the new people still made it right by refunding all my money very quickly.


We placed an order 6 weeks ago. We received all items except for the most important one. When I try to call them, I get a recording on endless loop that I literally have listened to for over 30 minutes in hopes that someone might pick up the phone. NOTHING! If I press ANY of the options, I get a recording telling me to go to their website and click on the live chat option. Well, there is NO live chat option on the website. And when I send emails to customer service, I get NOTHING back. Halloween is 9 days away, and the costume pieces we bought are useless without the missing piece. Also, I returned an item because I ordered two sizes of a costume and sent back the size that didn't fit as well. That was quite some time ago, and I have received NO communication and NO refund. I doubt I will get a refund, and of course I can't contact anyone about that issue either.


My two daughters and a friend used this site to book a room for a trip, I paid for the room with my credit card. When the girls arrived, they were NOT given the room that was promised to them, and had to scramble to find another place to stay. The hotel where they were supposed to stay could not refund the money I had paid for their room, because it had been booked via an outside company. I tried to work with this company to get a refund. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in this company, which happens to be in France. The overseas phone number given on the website doesn't work. There is no way to chat or email anyone. I had to turn the problem over to my credit card company, but it will be 6-8 weeks before I get my money back.

I will NEVER use this site again, and I hope nobody else will have the nightmare I just had with them.

I have ordered a number of pieces from this company (glass table tops, glass table covers, custom-cut acrylic. I have always been satisfied. Everything arrives on time, is made to my specifications, and is unbroken in the shipping process.


I have shopped at retail stores for years, with good luck. If I order something online that I've tried on in a store, I do OK. However, when I order something new online, I never manage to get the sizing right.


I rented a nebulizer machine from this company. Even though my insurance paid some of the cost, I ended up making so many rental payments out-of-pocket that I could have bought the nebulizer several times over. What a rip-off!


I have used this website several times, and have been extremely satisfied each time. I have found incredibly talented people all over the world, and they have done excellent work for me (music arrangement, web design, etc).


Ive had very good luck with the clothing from Soft Surroundings. However, the price tags are high, bordering on too high.


Dansko shoes are excellent quality that fit my feet well and accommodate my custom orthotics if the built-in orthotics are not adequate. I have a pair of clogs that I have worn frequently for 5 years or more. They are still going strong! The only downside is that the shoes are very pricey. However, the quality and fit are good, so the shoes are almost worth the price.


It usually takes a very long time to get your order because it comes from China. A few of the items I have ordered were fine. However, most were not. Size charts are way off! For example, I ordered a tunic according to the size chart given. When it arrived, it was WAY too small. I couldnt even get into it. It was ridiculously short (didnt even go below my hips, nothing like the mid-thigh tunic shown in the picture. BUYER BEWARE of the return policy. The buyer has to pay for the shipping to return the items TO CHINA, which means return shipping costs as much as the stuff being returned. So, essentially you cant return anything or get a refund because your refund wont cover the return shipping cost.

About size: We recommend you use “Size Guide” to better determine your ideal size, because sizing varies between our items. “Size Guide” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. As a note, these are measurements for item itself. You can compare these measurements to similar pieces you already own. Be sure to check the measurements provided online for each dress advertised as comparing them to yours to insure a better fit.


I would give my local Kohls store a 5. I love to shop there, and I especially love getting Kohls cash. However, their online ordering system is a disaster, and I would give it a 1. Wrong items sent. Items not received. When I went into the store to try and resolve an online problem, I was told that the stores and the online are two different systems and the store cant help me with online problems. So, I will continue shopping at the store but will not order online again.


When I was interested in getting Hughes Net, the salesman was very attentive. He gave me his direct phone number and promised to be my contact. I have NEVER AGAIN been able to reach him. In fact, its nearly impossible to get to talk with anyone. Furthermore, the service simply doesnt work if its cloudy or windy, and its in and out the rest of the time. Its useless. When I cancelled my service, I got socked with close to $500 in termination fees, which is ridiculous because HughesNet never delivered what they were supposed to. Do NOT get fooled by the grand promises. This company is as horrible as it gets.


Lands' End has excellent quality merchandise. I love their business line, as they can put any business logo that you send them electronically on most of their merchandise. The prices are higher than they should be, however. I wait for when they have a free logo or free shipping promotional.


I have found some really great bargains at Ross. However, most of the clothing there is yucky. You can see why it ended up in a last-chance retail store. If you're not looking for any specific item, you can do well. However, sometimes you will totally strike out. You never know.


My children love the trendy items in Hot Topic. However, I find that the prices are unreasonable. If you're willing to pay an absurd amount for merchandise with a trendy character on it, you will love this place.


When you order from Wish, you should expect to wait a month or more to get your order. Sometimes your stuff never arrives. When/if your stuff arrives, it will be the poorest quality made-in-China * you can imagine. For example, a cell phone battery pack worked for only 3 days. The deals seem really great, but they aren't.

I have purchased some clothing that I like from Zulily. However, their size charts are usually WAY OFF. I order according to the chart, and many items are way too large or way too small. I consider it to be Zulily's error that their size charts are so inaccurate, but when they send me something that turns out to be the wrong size, they refuse to make it right. Their so-called customer service is via "live chat," but customer service people are slow to respond and it can literally take days to complete a conversation. At one point, I was promised a return address label to return an item that I complained about. However, after haggling for several days, I am coming to terms with the fact that I will never get that return address label.


My son was enjoying playing Roblox and everything was fine, until one day his account disappeared. I had several emails back and forth with customer service trying to recover the account. They are totally useless and no help whatsoever. They say they cannot verify ownership of the account. However, they continue to charge my credit card for an optional package that we pay for monthly. My son is devastated that all his work has been lost forever!
