I can proudly say this game takes the crown as the $#*!test support oat they're ai moderation is so bad and biased i've gotten banned various times from experiencing racism from experiences and defending my self without profane language and still manage to get banned under "harassment" like this platform couldn't be less of a joke i've also lost a account i spent thousands on because Roblox support ghosted me in tickets if your a parent please don't allow yourself to spend money on this poorly operated site ran by grown baby men

Roblox is not a safe platform for children and has recently taken a turn for the worst. The company is putting children at risk by allowing NSFW games on their platform and child predators to use it as well. Roblox recently also banned a user named Schlep after he successfully helped law enforcement catch 6 predators that were targeting minors (One of them saying they would've continued preying on children if they weren't caught). Do not let your children use Roblox period!

Roblox left me with no support after spending almost 10,000 Robux. I purchased gamepasses worth 9,700 Robux in a game that was originally called The Prophecy of the Witches and later renamed to Bewitched. These gamepasses granted access to specific characters, and of course, I bought them expecting to use those characters normally. But the game was later deleted from the Roblox platform, and I received no compensation or refund of my Robux. I have photo evidence showing the gamepasses I bought. I contacted Roblox support many times, and in response to my request for any kind of help or compensation — not even a full refund — they replied mockingly with: "We've decided not to refund your Robux." This is outrageous and unfair. You pay real money — and end up with nothing. I feel scammed. If Roblox cannot protect your purchases, then they should not be allowed to accept money at all. I do not recommend investing in a platform where your purchased content can disappear overnight, and the company just smirks in response.

I was banned for harassment in roblox, it's the filipino swearings. It's Roblox fault, not my fault, they didn't filter out the bad words in different languages. I played guts & blackpowder with a random guy suddenly saying "bobo", I decided to tell him how rigged the chat filtering system was. This includes the chats I sent on the photo. Suddenly, a random anonymous player started reporting me for harassment I appeal, but this roblox employee ignored it, claiming it was a correct moderation, BUT NO, IT'S YOUR FAULT. YOU DIDN'T FILTER FILIPINO BAD WORDS. THIS MESSAGE DOES NOT HARASS ANYONE, IT'S JUST A SHOWCASE HOW RIGGED THE FILTERING SYSTEM IS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAYING ROBLOX, IT'S NOT ONLY HAVE SOME INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT BUT ALSO PAY TO WIN, UNBALANCED GAMES WITHOUT SKILL BASED MATCHMAKING SYSTEM. DAVID BASZUCKI IS A GREEDY MAN, PRIORITIZES PROFIT OVER QUALITY, GAME FAIRNESS AND FAIR MODERATION.

Hacker hacked my son's account. I reported it to Roblox. No action was taken. I mentioned my concern that hacker has access to my credit card info. No action was taken. I was told to open a new Roblox account for myself. Clearly Roblox does not care. Now I have to monitor my credit report because I bought my son Roblox using my credit card and his account of 8 years was hacked.

It was hacked, and now 2-step verification goes to the hacker's email.
I already sent multiple tickets, provided proof (old passwords, screenshots from my email, info about first and last robux purchases), but all i get is template responses. Your AI support told me my case should go to a specialist for manual review — but no one is helping. Please, just disable 2FA or let a real support agent/supervisor handle this.

I bought Roblox gift cards for a 10 yr old little boy birthday the worst gift I ever bought…. I have six unauthorized charges on my credit card. Contacted customer support, and they said they needed receipts to investigate further and are not reversing the charges, even though I provided the last four of my CC. I do NOT recommend to anyone to subscribe to Roblox, as they do not know how to effectively manage situations like these.

My children have seen things on Roblox that they shouldn't have. There is sexual games created by user, sexual dances/emotes, and the attire that some of these avatars have on are highly inappropriate. There's avatars with big bare butts, thong underwear, breasts. Moderators do nothing when reporting, yet they've banned avatars that weren't dressed inappropriately. We've been scammed from items being bought and deleted as well.

They banned me for doing nothing wrong I did nothing wrong and they just banned me for 1 day and I just got banned 1 minute ago for something I DID NOT DO

Firstly I am a player who`s been currently playing for 5 long years and I`m here to share an experience that has just happened to me for the first time. I`m currently writing this 20 mins after the event. First let me start overall when you overlook the major problems its a really smooth business with plenty of splendid games. But a main problem is banning...it`s okay to ban but to ban without knowing the reason is very rude and unfair for the banned person. They might have been bullied talked back(maybe not insult but question why the player did ----(something bad example bully or insult) and get reported and banned that is very rude and unacceptable i can`t stand unsensible movements that you did not even think about or look into properly into, sure it may not be your job to check the chat in a game that caused them to be banned before banning them so you know if they have a very good reason for saying something. The reason i am unable to screen shot is because i am playing on a laptop and i was not with any type of other device,plus i got banned veryt quickly.
