Roblox left me with no support after spending almost 10,000 Robux. I purchased gamepasses worth 9,700 Robux in a game that was originally called The Prophecy of the Witches and later renamed to Bewitched. These gamepasses granted access to specific characters, and of course, I bought them expecting to use those characters normally. But the game was later deleted from the Roblox platform, and I received no compensation or refund of my Robux. I have photo evidence showing the gamepasses I bought. I contacted Roblox support many times, and in response to my request for any kind of help or compensation — not even a full refund — they replied mockingly with: "We've decided not to refund your Robux." This is outrageous and unfair. You pay real money — and end up with nothing. I feel scammed. If Roblox cannot protect your purchases, then they should not be allowed to accept money at all. I do not recommend investing in a platform where your purchased content can disappear overnight, and the company just smirks in response.

Hacker hacked my son's account. I reported it to Roblox. No action was taken. I mentioned my concern that hacker has access to my credit card info. No action was taken. I was told to open a new Roblox account for myself. Clearly Roblox does not care. Now I have to monitor my credit report because I bought my son Roblox using my credit card and his account of 8 years was hacked.

I was banned for harassment in roblox, it's the filipino swearings. It's Roblox fault, not my fault, they didn't filter out the bad words in different languages. I played guts & blackpowder with a random guy suddenly saying "bobo", I decided to tell him how rigged the chat filtering system was. This includes the chats I sent on the photo. Suddenly, a random anonymous player started reporting me for harassment I appeal, but this roblox employee ignored it, claiming it was a correct moderation, BUT NO, IT'S YOUR FAULT. YOU DIDN'T FILTER FILIPINO BAD WORDS. THIS MESSAGE DOES NOT HARASS ANYONE, IT'S JUST A SHOWCASE HOW RIGGED THE FILTERING SYSTEM IS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAYING ROBLOX, IT'S NOT ONLY HAVE SOME INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT BUT ALSO PAY TO WIN, UNBALANCED GAMES WITHOUT SKILL BASED MATCHMAKING SYSTEM. DAVID BASZUCKI IS A GREEDY MAN, PRIORITIZES PROFIT OVER QUALITY, GAME FAIRNESS AND FAIR MODERATION.

Fraudulant charges

I have six unauthorized charges on my credit card. Contacted customer support, and they said they needed receipts to investigate further and are not reversing the charges, even though I provided the last four of my CC. I do NOT recommend to anyone to subscribe to Roblox, as they do not know how to effectively manage situations like these.

My children have seen things on Roblox that they shouldn't have. There is sexual games created by user, sexual dances/emotes, and the attire that some of these avatars have on are highly inappropriate. There's avatars with big bare butts, thong underwear, breasts. Moderators do nothing when reporting, yet they've banned avatars that weren't dressed inappropriately. We've been scammed from items being bought and deleted as well.

This app allows <13year olds to delete an email address so you can no longer recover the account once something goes wrong. Kids spend their $ on this app but will not support parents to retrieve an account when there is no email address. They should not be able to alter the settings when the account is registered to a child!

They are essentially stealing from kids who are devastated when something goes wrong. I have the password but the account demanded a reset which I could not complete 🤬🤯

There websites states they will help when no email address but this is incorrect.

There were over 15 unauthorized purchases in two days made on my child's account without my password protection entered for the purchase. My credit card company automatically flag the activities and replaced my card. All Roblox did was terminated my child account and no further investigation into protecting their customer. Prior to these dispute, I've legitimately purchased many $$ for my child and they chose to ignore and disregard these previous purchases. They are ripping their customers off by choosing an easy path by just closing accounts instead of doing anything else to help their customers out. Horrible company and shame on the owners not valuing their customers in any way! In addition, when I contacted them, in one email it say as a one time courtesy, we will reopen your account and then few hours. Terminate the account again without any cause or explanation. Do not purchase with this company!

Roblox gift cards are a scam

My child bought a gift card with $15 of her allowance money. But when she went online to redeem it, it said invalid. The retail store referred me to Roblox customer service, who responded:

"Unfortunately, the code you provided is invalid or already redeemed and we are not able to assist with it further."

Roblox basically stole money from a child.

I have tried so many games including Roblox, this game is not bad, but it's support is so bad.
I have lost some accounts on other games like clash of clans, but after my first try I got my account back in less than 24 hours.
In Roblox ai have tried 4 times around 2 years, and the last result is, " we have provided you with all that we can at this time"(lost account).
What the f** bro, really stupid support.

There's nothing wrong with it, unless you're talking about, you know, *those* games. Honestly Roblox is a game a really enjoy, and I never get tired of it since there are always other games to play. It's especially exciting when you come back to a game you haven't played in a while.

They are just copying and pasting, they don't even read what is your problem, they just send an answer to a completely other thing. I asked roblox support why cant we friend each other with a player on roblox (the add friend button is grey for both of us). And what i got is just sad. Nothing close to any solution. Just a feature that not even available in my country.

Support team are frauds.

Support team completely ignores your email messages. It is merely impossible to get a live person on the phone. The supervisor doesn't respond at all. Boycott these frauds. My suggestion... Just play free but do not buy any products from store or groups.
