My 9yr old son's toon was hacked and stolen. Given he's 9, I've never bought anything without a gift card, no iTunes or Google play. They won't retrieve my son's account even though I verified it with mt email address last year and have purchases from 2018. The account has been open since 2017. We've spent $1000 in gift cards for that account and now it's just gone and my son is devastated. They've lost customers that don't hack and spend money on the game. Worst game ever.

My child's account has been hacked and taken over by someone. Roblox is completely unresponsive. I've contacted their help forum been "assigned" several tickets and not spoken to or been contacted back by anyone. I found a phone number to call and it literally says leave a message and we'll contact you via email... it even laughably says "For the most expedient service contact us through our customer support forum" Don't put your credit card info in or spend money on Robux unless you're fine with a hacker taking that from you.

My son has played it for the last year. He is 6 and pretty much gets it. 2 months ago I got emails from my two credit card companies that there was suspicious activity. Turns out that while using the app he was clicking through some of the features and clothes for his avatar and racked up over $2000 in charges. You can't call roblox, the email I sent gave instructions to reply with detailed information including the the time of purchases. We are talking about dozens of clicks for a few weeks every day.impossible. After emailing what I could find they told me me to contact googlepay. Guess what, you can't talk to them either and emails to them were pointless. Just say no. Amex guy I called said he had the same situation with his young daughter and he too could do nothing. Don't do it, there are other games for kids that don't try to steal money from parents

A fun building game that lets you build almost anything you want. I've been on Roblox since 2010. There are TONS of cyber-bullies, hackers, and exploiters that were ruining my time on Roblox. The moderators don't even care about what people do or say online, instead they set up a system of bots that is never (or very rarely) helpful with reporting hackers/bullies. The game itself become addicting and drags you into it. It made me lose many close friends. After 2012, Roblox became a rotting piece of trash.

My son was a Gifted and Talented, Straight A middle school student before he came to know about Roblox from one of his friends without my knowledge. He eventually got totally addicted to it. The worst thing is that Roblox doesn't need any parental permission to buy game cards with any amount of money and use the cards on-line. My son now fails in every subject in high school and still plays the game non stop. I tried everything to stop him but couldn't as Roblox declined to block his 'life time membership' account. My son now lost his entire career for playing this game non-stop and has turned extremely violent. Parents beware about this nasty game. It can ruin your children's lives. I wish this game never existed. They are really corrupt and don't care about children's future at all.

If you wanted to say anything on roblox... well guess what, you get banned. It's also a complete money steal, and roblox makes you wanna get robux ALL the time. Everything costs robux, and if they don't they are the worst made things in the world, and look plain ugly. You get made fun of so much that kids have been through actual depression. Oh yeah, did I mention that im a 12 year old that met a child predator. He added me on discord thinking he was gonna be a normal person but ended up sending me porn. Would never recommend to anyone. Babies, Kids, Teens, Adults, Seniors (especially) and to just stay away from this game

I had over $1000 taken from my credit card, for what apparently my 8 year old daughter purchased, but the Robux never appeared in her account! Issue never got resolved! Customer service is the worst! Preprogrammed like robots! Maybe they don't comprehend what issue you are trying to convey. I can't believe how they have these kids hooked onto this game! I can't stand this company and their business practices - they don't care about customer service, just the money! I wish I could talk to their CEO directly. And I know most of my friends feel exactly the same way! I could probably replicate this review a hundred times.

My son was really excited to join Roblox builders club until he found that it's broken and he can't do anything with it.
I've reported this bug and for over 40 days so far got 6 useless replies that they are looking in to this.
I was never dealing with so disgraceful support, in their first message they told me that I should be checking their webiste from time to time to find out if this is fixed or not. Too much effort for them to notify someone who reports a bug

Roblox is a very fun game for young kids to play and for even older people to create content and meet new friends, Even though there are sometimes when people are mean and don't understand that not everyone is like them so they just mess around trying to get a reaction, this is the main reason why I am giving Roblox 4 stars.

I repeat do not purchase Robux for virtual items and toys. We have had many purchased items removed or deleted from our child's inventory by Roblox with a tough luck response from customer service. Roblox does not operate within consumer protection laws or ethical practices. We were told that no refunds will be issued for fraudulent or misrepresented products nor will they restore or refund items that were deleted by Roblox or creators. These people are taking advantage of children who spend money on robux and then induce these kids into purchases that are misleading or false advertisements.

Please parents beware of Roblox. There are some very violent games on Roblox. My kids recently started playing games on Roblox and I just saw my 8 year old play a game that was so violent it disturbed me to the core. I had to sought out websites like this to warn other parents. The point of the game were for kids to seek out other kids and stab them. Please also beware that their customer service support is pretty much non existent. This kind of filth should not be exposed to our young children. I will be reporting Roblox to my state attorneys office, I highly encourage you to also do the same so that our children can be spared from predators like this.

Your account is not safe even with a 2 way sign in authorization! Contacting Roblox is a Joke! Playing email tag is not how I want to spend my day/ weekend trying to get my daughters account back. Y'all need to make your software more secure and have an easier way of getting ahold of someone to get this taken care of ASAP. Some people spend a lot of money on your $#*! to have to put up with stupid $#*! hackers! Not everybody has "proof of purchase" or whatever it is you want for verification. My daughter just wants her account back. We have tried the reset through email like 50 times and the phone reset doesn't even send her a message. Very dissatisfied. Would have given 0 stars if possible

Blown away by this game. The community is better than any other community to exist, fighting off the bad in the virtual worlds. There's a lot of games to play, with monitored chats. Yes, you can talk to strangers, but the chat is monitored more for kids 13 and under. This helps the child to grow older and understand what they need to avoid before they come across it. Reporting has FINALLY been listened to, so the game is safe for your children. Amazing way to kill time.
