There is something bad at this company. When I downloaded the game I got a virus. I cleaned my computer and tried again and did not get the virus the second time I downloaded it. Other people complain about the virus issue online. Cinemark filed a trademark infringement, Minecraft is used for Roblox Ads, the Calfornia Milk Processor Board sued them. I have also personalty talked to upper management at the company, I will not share what I was told online because I do not wish to be identified... let's just say they know about what they are doing, they watch your kids and don't care about them, just stay away, please.

I've been playing roblox for several years now, and nothing has bothered me as much as the new rule where you need to pay 10 robux to upload an item of clothing. While I understand the few reasonings behind that update, I think it is one of the worst updates Roblox has ever made. The number one reason for that would be if you spend 10 robux on uploading a shirt and it immediately gets blocked by Roblox, with no reasoning or refund. There needs to be a change in that. If anything, bring it back to only having the subscription to be able to upload clothes because it is ridiculous that I spend 10 robux for an item of clothing to get blocked by Roblox.

Being 14, I've head a lot of there being kids stealing credit card info to buy roblox items, but that is the parent's fault for not keeping it from their kids. Other than that, the game is well polished and full of nice people. Here and there, there are jerks and what not, but it is best to ignore them. If a kid is 7 or younger, I don't recommend they play it. They would be easily offended by the bullies, most of them being far older than the age group recommended, so yeah. It is a little unfair that most of all customization is limited to premium accounts, but It is only 5.95$ a month, and I happen to make that amount in a week alone, so it isn't a problem. Those are my only two complaints, other than that it is an excellent game.

Roblox Has the worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. I purchased roblox money through my debit visa for my daughter and they charged me but did not put the stupid game money in her account. I have been emailing them for 3 days now trying to get it sorted out! Nothing is working I have sent them pictures of my account being charged with their company name and they still won't fix the issue! I'm so mad I'm a hard working mom of 4 my money is tight and when I pay for
Something especially for my daughter and fork out they money for them to buy their stupid upgrades I expect it to be put on their account! Or Atleast refund me the money because it's just going back to them anyways when I got buy her an actual card! I will never make an online purchase with them agian! Only cards. Upgrades are not even worth it but because we love our children we still pay money into this ridiculous company! Very UPSET parent!

This game is quite boring. I haven't seen new games come anywhere near the front page in months. If you want to find a new game you will have to constantly click buttons and maybe you can find one. The community sucks. Lots of toxic players, Online daters and overall idiots. You HAVE to pay tons of real-life money to look any different from the standard character. About 80% of the people you find in games never speak and just plain do nothing. I can keep going like this for awhile, But i'll end it here.

This is a horrible game/site. Twice now they have stolen money from my child's account just after posting money on her account within 12 hours she was locked out. Obviously we tried "forgot password" and received no email for changing password (yes our email was attached to the account) I have reached out to Roblox on several platforms with NO RESPONSE. We will never be on this game again and parents please be aware as I have spoke with other parents who have voiced the same issue. Don't allow them to steal your money.

So one day I was playing hide and seek extreme and someone thought it would be funny to throw insults at me for absolutely no reason! They were super mean like calling me "attention seeker" when all I was doing was constantly calling people noobs the entire time. It really is an unfair and toxic place in Roblox. Hopefully, David Brazilian fixes these issues ASAP

This game has pretty nasty people on it. From 9 year olds learning how to twerk and lean to curse, to 40 year old men asking for where they live and saying sexual things. I do not think this game should be for children. Bullies and perverts are roaming around the game, Roblox. I use to play the game. It seemed fine in 2009, but when 2014 came around, it got worst. I really think Roblox either needs to shut it's server down or make it more safer.

I lost a gift $50 giftcard right after purchasing. I immediately contacted customer care but was repeatedly told that they can't help unless I send a photo of the front and back of the giftcard. I sent all info such as the store, date and time, image of receipt and all info provided by the store. And still refused to help without image of actual giftcard. I kept telling them that if I was able to take a picture of the giftcard, it would not be lost and there would not be any issue. Very dissatisfied.

I noticed that many problems stem from the fact that it is a multiplayer game. Multiplayer games all suffer the same problems: exploiting, 18+ trolls, moderation bypass, you get the idea. It's a giant game of whack-a-mole. Roblox wants to be a nice multiplayer online game, but it suffers at the hands of the abusive players, and the moderation system is bogged down so badly because of this. It's safe for your kids, but they tend to run around like headless chickens on this game and spam the report function, maybe when they're older and capable of fully interacting with a 3d game. Your child needs to have common sense on the do's and don't's of these things. If you see a hiccup, don't go crazy and be a total psycho on the Roblox staff. Kindly let them know. The media often exaggerates stuff and even creates misleading content about Roblox, because they know that it attracts attention of parents, who will view the article (and ads), thus earning the media money.

I think Roblox is great! (1 star to attract haters) You notice that all these people that are extremely mad at it don't even know how to spell Roblox! Yeah, it's because they did no research, they obviously don't know much about it. Also, if Roblox is really that bad and you care for your children, why did ya CUSS! They just seriously don't know how to work it. Yeah, there are some children who are taking money and yeah there's no way it is an accident. Face it. Plus if you seriously knew how to work Roblox, you would know there was a way to stop comments, look, issue gone!

Roblox is a fun and amazing game which could be played on cell phone, tablet, and laptop. Some fun and interactive parts about Roblox are chat and make new friends, fantasy play, and even learn to spend their "Robux" wisely (in game money). I hope you find this review helpful and another reason why you should sign up for Roblox.

Personly I think the game is ok. It isn't the best online website that I have been on but it's passable due to other online websites that were questionable. The community is a problem the because they are mostly children who don't abide by the rules that the moderates and staff present to them. Other then that if you want to create some "ok" basic 3d games I would recommend this because of the in-game catalog that has thousands of clothing and models that you can use in your very own 3d game.

I had over $250 of charges on my credit card over 2 days for Roblox charges through my Apple account. Before that happened I had deleted my credit card form my 10 year old grand child's Roblox account, her Apple account, and everything else on her tablet. It still went through. They may say it is not saved, but it is. I closed my credit card account, then they deleted my grand child's Roblox account. They would not refund all of the money that she had put on the web site from hundreds of gift cards over a period of time. She lost everything she had on the web site. Roblox is nothing more than a rip off account. I will never use my credit card again for any online game. It will be Gift Cards Only
