The game moderation is inefficient, and incompetent. Your account can be deleted with absolutely no reason by the moderators, perhaps just because they wanted to do so. Overall, the is a massive censorship within the in-game chat, and incoherent restrictions. The platform has SERIOUS problems that need to be solved, especially when there are children involved. Parents should be aware of the problems that afflict this site, and take precaution for in-game purcheses. The company ignores the real problems and still does whatever it takes to get more money.

For the 6 years of playing roblox everything was fine until my main account which I had for 5 years was hacked and then terminated because the person who hacked it posted content leading to my account termination. They never gave me 1, 3, 7 day ban warning before terminating my account have only had warnings from mods one of them was stupid I got a warning for saying "Sike" but anyways the support system is so terrible I have been sending appeals with valid evidence screenshots/screen records past information about the account and they still fail to somehow solve the situation. I have been waiting for a long time already to hopefully get my account back i roughly spent thousands of dollars on the account that i had for 5 years and honestly i don't think i can recover from this i feel like roblox just wants the money

This so called "game" is impossible to play. Getting disconnected is an expected occurrence. Roblox used to actually be a good game. Now it's utter trash. So many unoriginal games and straight up copies of games outside of the platform. One of the worst games currently. Full of hackers and bullies, and also full of developers who don't do anything to fix these problems. Honestly pathetic. Not recommended if you are looking for an enjoyable gaming experience.

My son and I have played a lot and have spent over $1,000 on this app. They do not honor the game's rules. Clicker Simulator has stars you get for things, and the game updates are full of bugs. We didn't get our rewards, and the Roblox support said they are not responsible for the games. Individual games do not have a way to contact their developers. There is no accountability, and no one is responsible. I suggest playing and watching the fun because you play and pay and don't honor their own rules. We will never spend money again on Roblox and manage their stock fall further because they choose not tonne an honest company and take responsibility for the games they host since we are paying Roblox, not the game creators.

My daughter played this game for just over 2 years. There was a random $200 charge on the account, which the bank resolved thankfully. Instead of Roblox freezing the account and resolving the issue they merely deleted her account without any contact or resolution. 2 days after her account was cancelled they still withdrew $20 monthly subscription fee and refused to refund it. The customer support is awful and they treat you like they are superior to you. I can't wait to visit your headquarters. Happy to provide the emails and proof of all of this.

So, when this person tried to insult me by saying I'm gay. I replied in the kindest way I can with: "aight so first of i cant be gay and second of I don't take being gay as an insult?" And therefor I am now banned, they say I should be allowed back on since yesterday. But my account is still banned. Roblox can't deny it because I have proof. (Look at image)

My sister's been hacked twice. She spends real money in the game. The hacker will change the password so she can't log back in, and there is NO way to contact support. You get looped with the same support form that gives you the same ticket number that never reaches a human agent. Disgrace of a site. Don't ever give them your details - not safe for banking info and a certain waste of money anyway.

My son was enjoying playing Roblox and everything was fine, until one day his account disappeared. I had several emails back and forth with customer service trying to recover the account. They are totally useless and no help whatsoever. They say they cannot verify ownership of the account. However, they continue to charge my credit card for an optional package that we pay for monthly. My son is devastated that all his work has been lost forever!

There might be predators lurking but for the most of it, it teaches kids about "learning by play" and any hackers who have more than bad intentions for young children (like me who is a 9 yo btw)
Would be moderated if one of the more "intelligent players" report them.

Well, wanna know why I gave this 3 stars? I could of given it a 5 of 4 but here is why.

I get hacked very easily, but I do have a email linked to that account. But the ticket doesn't work for me since it doesn't link to my account. Also loads of toxic people. They need to suspend them off ROBLOX.

Although its amazing ROBLOX! Since that you have a variety of games to choose from its not just 1 simple game, its really unique! You can get hair, clothing, faces, skirts, and many more! You can be creative and make a game and a group and so much more.

Toxic people get a 2 day suspension.
Actually listen to people.
Make building more easy!

My daughter got locked out of her account. We spent hundreds over the years on gift cards. Contacted customer service. After multiple automatic responses they said they would do nothing to help us and locked us out of even contacting them about the situation further. Horrible telling my 11 year old that she no longer had an account with over $100 credit on her account.

This game is full of scammers and hackers. Be very careful not to spend real money buying items or mini games that are full of bugs that are created by young teens who are there to scam you, You account can easily get terminated with no further notice. And the moderator they do not even bother to even investigate. It doesn't matter if you provide them with proof and seeking help from roblox they will just ignore anything you say and you have no access to you account to remove you credit card details or completely delete the account including your personal data, I am still trying to get to them to Remove my credit card details and no help whatsoever from their team.

I showed my mom roblox and she was like: Cool! Now she plays roblox and barely spends time with me! You should add where you can only spend like 3 or 4 or 5 hours its not healthy to look at a screen all day. I don't even know why I downloaded it.

This morning my 7 year old daughter was assaulted by a predator in Roblox. I have asked for a transcript of everything she texted in the last 24 hours and to whom. If they can not be supply this to me I can only assume that the Roblox company encourages this type of behavior despite all of the filters and parental controls. I would consider this protecting sex offenders and willingly giving them a platform to practice their perversions.

Hello Parents and ROBLOX users!
So I've been on roblox ever since I was 10, which was 4 years ago and to be honest, it was really-really fun meeting a lot of other people around the world. There are a lot of non-child-like things on roblox, but you have to expect that, roblox is not only for children, but for adults aswell. If you don't feel like your child is safe on roblox, ban them from using the internet or just introduce them to a new game. Either way, you can't always expect a game like roblox to be surrounded in kids that won't use bad language, it's the internet, lol. Anyway, I love roblox!
