My daughter played this game for just over 2 years. There was a random $200 charge on the account, which the bank resolved thankfully. Instead of Roblox freezing the account and resolving the issue they merely deleted her account without any contact or resolution. 2 days after her account was cancelled they still withdrew $20 monthly subscription fee and refused to refund it. The customer support is awful and they treat you like they are superior to you. I can't wait to visit your headquarters. Happy to provide the emails and proof of all of this.
