I was browsing online looking for a specific kind of cream for my sons arm and legs he suffers from bad eczema and I was supposed to get this delivered today at 425 pm never had anything brought to my house in the mailbox or on the door step.
My husband has had non-diabetic neuropathy for over 10 years. He is on several oral medications for pain relief. None of them work well if at all. I rented a nebulizer machine from this company. Even though my insurance paid some of the cost, I ended up making so many rental payments out-of-pocket that I could have bought the nebulizer several times over. What a rip-off!
I recieved an email telling me I was being refunded my shipping! Didn't even realize my order was late and probably wouldn't have noticed. They were right on top of their policy, refunding shipping if they didn't meet their commitment, and were very prompt. Great customer service and there are a lot of companies who could take a lesson. These people are great!
