Ordered two items for christmas back in November. NEver recieved them. Can't get in touch with Support at all.
I had placed and order which the 15 % discount wasn't added so had to cancel the order and replace. Both orders still show 20 days later as processing and I got scammed $298 dollars. This site if Fraud and DO NOT ORDER from here. Also the website does not show you was the conversion dollar amount is so being in Canada the cost went up.
Beware! This company is nothing but a scam. Their sizes do not reflect their sizing chart. I ordered a youth hoodie and received an adult size sweatshirt, I measured the one I received and didn't come close to the size. Not to mention they state if you like your sweatshirts baggie to order 2 sizes up. Well that might be true if you're trying to fit King Kong! Stay away!
Very regrettful with money spent on order only to find out its imported from overseas, malaysia to be exact! It makes me wonder if its authentic. They are flaky about shipping time too and 3rd party contact. 1-7 days shipping is BS! Dont buy ANYTHING from BEASTMARTS STORE PERIOD. BAD EXPERIENCE AND THEY OFFER 10% OFF NEXT ORDER LOL
Ordered hoodies for my daughter on Nov 1st, 2020, and have not received them. The customer never replied even though I sent an email 4 times. Totally big scam!
Ordered a hoodie for my niece for Christmas Nov 30, and the confirmation of the order was the last real contact there was. The confirmation from the company, ShopMrBeast.com, basically said, "all the carriers are experiencing long delays" as if carriers were to blame for their FAILURE to do anything. Nothing from the SHOP app they send you to. They gave no response to emails but a canned "we'll get to you" message, and they never did respond back for real. Thanks for ruining her holiday. Had to go to my credit card company for a chargeback. It's obvious they never had an intention of sending the order in the first place.

I originally wrote a one-star, scathing review for this site because I got cheated out of $44 (a hoodie plus the cost of shipping). At that time, customer service was horrible and unwilling to help me.
Fortunately, there is now a new group of people managing Mr. Beast's merchandise sales on this site, and I corresponded via email with someone who was very polite and willing to help me. Even though the old group of people swindled me, the new people still made it right by refunding all my money very quickly.
